Found metal shavings in the lunch sized deep dish pizza. Was offered a refund, and the on staff supervisor said they would inspect their pans. Concerning to say the least.

Honestly I am so over this little Caesar’s. They cannot listen to instructions ever. You wait forever to get it “fresh made” and instead it’s ice cold and clearly been sitting there for the 15 min you wait and I asked for extra seasoning on the Italian cheese bread and it’s even LESS than the regular amount. And not a single drop of butter on the crazy bread. Completely bone dry. Hate this location so much.

Never has any pizza other than pepperoni, and makes you wait when you want something other than pepperoni for around 20 min if that, some times longer. Not to mention they have the worst consistency with the bread, it’s either super thin or thick or in between and you never know what you’ll get. Just the worst customer experience as well. Over all it’s not worth coming to this location at all.

Overall the pizza is good. I like to place my order on-line because I have been told that online orders are cooked when submitted. The Italian cheese bread is one of our family favorites and today getting an old order of cheese bread that had been sitting there for who knows how long was very disappointing, my kids didn’t even try to take a bite of the extra crispy completely hard and super dry cheese slices. Total fail – thanks a lot Little Caesar’s.

We recently used this location for our school’s fundraiser and they were absolutely amazing to work with!! The staff delivered our order 10 minutes before expected and they were polite and efficient! We will definitely use them in the future and we are so grateful for their help to make our fundraiser a success!

We go in 10 minutes before closing, Robert the store manager was the only one in there. We go in to order a pizza he says “I can get you a drink” no you can cook us a pizza because you’re still open for 10 minutes. And he stated that the oven is off and it’s “policy to shut down before they are closed because people try to get free stuff”….. you’re kidding right? I’ve worked in the food industry you take orders up until you’re officially closed which for you guys would be 12:00. Doesn’t matter how long the food takes to cook you take the last order up until that time. The store lost out on another sale because Robert wanted to go home instead of serving customers food until they were closed. We’ll be calling the owners to complain about this but thought others should hear the review as well.

Just ordered tonight, 6/13/17. It appears they don’t clean their ovens. We noticed last time we ordered but thought it was just undercooked. Tastes like a dry pancake. Recently they also stopped doing the cornmeal too. Another strike. Guess we’re done with lil sleazers. Too bad, such friendly folk there.
Update January 2022: tried again and really no improvement. In fact it’s worse than expected. It would appear like they dropped a pizza and sold it to us. See pictures.

TLDR: long wait, bad service, gross food.
I called in because their store wasn’t working with the app. I get there when they said it would be done and am not helped for a few minutes and there are people waiting in front of me. Turns out my pizza ISNT EVEN IN THE OVEN. The only guy at the register obviously doesn’t know what he is doing and keeps running to the back, presumably to ask questions. (It’s not his fault that he wasn’t trained properly.) A girl comes out and says sorry, but it’s his first day. THEN LEAVES HIM ALONE AGAIN. People in the back are playing around and only focusing on the drive through. When they finally get the pizzas out, they keep forgetting items and having to ask me again. The same girl from before comes back out and offhandedly says I can take a soda for my wait. When I finally get home, the Italian cheese bread is inedible. It looks like they only put it in long enough to warm it and melt the cheese. The pizzas were soggy. Overall, a complete waste of my time and money.
