I guess normal is 7 out of 8 slices will have the toppings, while the 8th may or may not. I have learned I have to check my orders for issues like this, but was told that is just how they make them.
They also forgot to put the crazy sauce in my order, then make me pull out my app to show that my order actually had crazy sauce, even though it said it right on the receipt on the box I pulled out of the kiosk using the code they sent me.
It’s Little Caesars… I don’t expect the cuts to go all the way through or the lines to be straight, but I do expect the cheese to have at least touched the sauce and each slice to actually have the toppings I ordered.

We went in about 45 minutes before closing and ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas, we had to wait a long time before we got our pizzas because there was only one person making the pizzas. While all the rest of the workers were sitting around hanging out with their friends. But since it was the end of the night and we did have to wait a while one of the workers gave us a ton of free breadsticks so that they didn’t have to throw them away. It definitely made up for us having to wait and deal with the teenagers not working

We had an amazing experience with this Little Caesars because of Harlie. She knew our food would take a moment, so she offered cookies to our kid. Her customer service was phenomenal. She brought a great energy to the store. You can tell she loves her job!

We have always ordered from the Syracuse location and enjoyed our pizza every time. Tonight we ordered the deep dish supreme for the first time. It was very undercooked and doughy throughout the middle. The pepperoni pizza seemed to look a little different and was undercooked slightly. We ate what we could which was not much.

The last several times (at least 5 over the past few months) we’ve gotten pizza at this location it has been terrible. The crust is paper thin on bottom and uneven and huge on the edge. The cheese is randomly tossed unevenly on top. And it seems like it’s been sitting in the warmer for 2 hours. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down the drain. Super frustrating.

I know it’s cheap pizza. But really this is what we get? So thin that you can see light through it. Some places it even had cooked out and there was only cheese left. We get little Cesar’s here and there for a quick diner when we don’t have time. But we’re never going back to this location.

Laurie greeted us with the brightest smile when we walked in. She was so patient and so kind, something you don’t get a lot out of teenagers working fast food. The pizza was made fresh and was so cheesy and doughy. Easily 5 stars

So today October 26th I ordered a regular pepperoni and an extra most bestest pepperoni. I wanted to see how much extra pepperoni you got on the extra most bestest first of the regular which is a dollar more. It’s roughly about eight more pieces of pepperoni from when I counted. So on that note I guess you have to decide if it’s worth the extra dollar.
