The service at this location is the absolute worst. We usually travel to the Saratoga Springs location due to routinly bad experiences at this Lehi Main Street location. We occasionally try this location thinking it can’t be that bad, but sadly it is. Tonight was no exception we ordered 4 pizzas on the app, 1 cheese, 2 classic pepperoni, and 1 thin crust pepperoni. We arrived at the designated time to pick up the order and of course it was not ready. We waited for a half hour more, making our total order time one and a half hours. While waiting there were numerous walk-in orders that ordered the exact same pizza’s in our order. These orders were filled within minutes, essentially giveing the pizza’s away in our order making us wait and wait and wait. When we finally did get our order, we brought it home and found the cheese pizza very burnt, and 2 other pizza’s cut multiple times in different ways making the 2 pizza’s 1/2 inch to 1 inch wide ribbons. Save yourself the time and frustration and just go to another location.

Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 crazy breads online and requested a pickup time at 645pm. I ordered these around 500pm. Was bringing them over to a little gathering. I get there at 647pm, waiting in line and to start, the kid at the front registers was completely antisocial and not very personable. 2, he then proceeds to tell me the order isn’t ready yet and they are still working on it. 3, 20 minutes later I ask about my order to a different kid and he tells me that they ran out of Deep dish dough and they are still working on our order. Needless ti say 30 minutes later my order was finally ready. No apologies, nothing. I spent $42 and by the time I got to the social gathering I was going to, they decided to order pizza at a different LC location and got the pizza in less that 5 minutes since they just went with the standard hot and ready. Never going back to this location. I will drive a extra 4 miles and get my pizza from the Saratoga location instead.

Absolutely terrible! Service is the worst of any location I’ve ever been to and they are so sloooooooowww!! If you get an estimated time you can add at least 30 minutes to it and you’ll be close. Old boy behind the counter with the cute pony tail, glasses and beard has absolutely zero customer service skills. Very rude! It’s amazing that no business can survive at this location and with this type of service this one will absolutely be in the same boat. Terrible, terrible service. Did I mention that they are excruciatingly slow? Yeah, it’s that bad! Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Domino’s! I know I will.

they usually say it close at 10:00 p.m., but the staff turns the oven off early. I wanted some bread sticks with my pizza, but since they turned the oven off they were only offering only 2 old pizzas , cheese or pepperoni, you can’t ask for anything else! I don’t know if the owner gave the pizzeria to the employees or if he/she still exists to take care of the company from time to time. You are giving up money!! How many sales are lost doing this!

WOW! It is unbelievable how poorly run this location is! I usually don’t leave negative reviews but this place has been miserable from day 1. I don’t think there is a manger and I’m sure that Sizzling Platter the “Parent Company” could care less. If you want Little Ceasers go to any other location and you will be much better served. You would think that ordering online would have a better outcome but that is not the case here. Just a heads up, any of their specialty pizzas are not available if you walk in to order, the employee said “we can’t handle making your specialty pizza if you order it in store, you have to order online and wait” the online wait time for one specialty pizza was 1:15 minutes, keep in mind this was at 5pm on a Monday. The only thing keeping this Store open is the location.

We have gone here in the past and our pizza was usually pretty descent. This time, it was sadly disappointing. We got to the store on the later end of the time window, already getting a conformation e-mail that our pizza was ready, to only be told that the pizza wasn’t ready. While waiting in the store, I got two more e-mails saying my pizza was ready before they finally brought it out. We get our pizza home to find out that out of the 4 ingredients, they forgot to put sauce on it. Really? Also, like other comments have mentioned, they can’t figure out how to cut the pizza or even make it remotely even. One slice wad almost a 1/4 of the pizza and several others were only an inch or two wide? Definitely won’t be coming back to this store.

Went an hour before closing and apparently they turned the ovens off even earlier because all they allowed me to order was some old pizzas that were overcooked. The manager needs to learn how to treat customers and his employees better. He treated both me and the employee that took my order like we were idiots.
