In August 2025, we visited Little Caesars on East Main Street in Lehi, Utah. Little Caesars was doing a promotion of 2 round pizzas for $9.99, and we took advantage of this promotion. This was similar to the $5 pizzas that were sold at regular price a few years ago. The pizzas were delicious and we had the choice of picking one topping from several options. Besides, there is a clever monster decoration in the parking lot. We enjoy eating Little Caesars pizza and this was a great promotional price.

Don’t expect “Hot n ready” pizza. Literally every time Ive been theres never anything ready. Expect to wait ten or more minutes.
Update: I will never come back to this location. It’s insane how long they take to get the pizza done. Even ordering online I ended up sitting there for 30 minutes after my arrival time. And the kicker, the pizza was hardly warm! This place needs new management bad.

Tried to call ahead, was told they weren’t accepting phone orders since it was a half hour before close.
Went in, got what was supposed to be a “hot and ready” cheese pizza to be easy and it was the oldest, hardest, grossest pizza I have ever had the displeasure of putting in my mouth.
Cheese wasn’t melty, could pick the ENTIRE pizza up in one piece. Tried to microwave it to get it hotter and maybe it would be okay? Nope.
Tried to call and they let the phone go for almost 10 minutes before it hit 11pm. Classy. Will probably drive across town instead of visiting this location again despite LITERALLY living down the street, walking distance from this one.

Food is fine most of the time, but their customer service is absolutely horrible. I never leave reviews but I was fully ignored up front for 5 minutes. Employees came up front multiple times and absolutely saw me, just never acknowledged me. Then 2 men came in after me and someone came up to help them. I stepped up to the counter and was told “just a minute” while the employee proceeded to help the men who arrived later than me. Horrible.

This is one of the best Little Ceasars in this area. Their pizza is always perfectly proportioned. I go out of my way just to order at this location. Whoever is working here deserves a raise. They are a little slower but if you order ahead and use the portal it’s not a problem.

I went in to get a crazy bread and a pizza, it looked like they were fresh at all so I asked for a different pizza that was more fresh as well as offered to wait for a new one to be made. i was told that those just came out of the oven and they wouldn’t make me a new one. I then asked for a refund because i didn’t want to pay for an old stale pizza then the manager threw the crazy bread back into the warmer and was aggressive the remainder of our interactions.

I wish I could give zero stars because this location is TERRIBLE. I stood in the lobby waiting for anyone to even acknowledge that I was there. I even asked the worker I could see if there was anyone who could help me and I was blatantly ignored by him. A door dash guy came in and got his order so I asked the worker if he was the only one. Finally he called another worker up to the front. I told her I wanted a pepperoni pizza crazy style all over with some crazy bread. She put it in and walked away without saying anything to me. I saw that I could pay so I did and she got the pizza. She did not do what I asked though and the crazy style part was only on the crust. Plus the pizza was cut terribly. We love little caesars pizza but this place was a DISASTER. Never go here!!!!!!

We love this location! The food is always fresh and quick just like you would expect Little Caesars to be. We actually live closer to the Saratoga Springs location but, we choose to drive a couple more minutes the other direction to this location because they are always so much more prompt with orders.

Ok, I decided to stop coming here over a year ago because they would do a horrible job in cutting up their pizzas. I decided to give them another chance a couple of months ago, and they were doing fine. Today, I got another pizza that was horribly cut. I don’t know why they don’t QC their pizzas, but it doesn’t matter because I’m no longer coming back here again. And I’m not going to bother contacting any manager here for further feedback when they ask, it’ll be just a waste of time.
