I have purchased from this store several times and everything has always been good. However, today the pizza was terrible. It was very dry, cold, and burnt. How can you sell a product like this?
We were only able to eat two slices because it was really bad. It seemed like it was leftover from yesterday or made earlier in the morning, nothing fresh at all.

This is by far the worst location. They get the order wrong every single time. The girl with the nose ring working today was the rudest service worker I’ve ever had the displeasure of talking to. Last week they got our order wrong again so I called the manager to see if we could rectify the situation. He was kind enough to offer to make it again free another time (but told us to always double check our pizza to make sure it’s right). We went in tonight and the girl was so abrasive and aggressive and annoyed I brought it up and made me feel bad for even being there. She wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence and said the remake would be twenty minutes. I told her it was fine. When I picked the pizza up 40 mins later it was also incorrect. Another worker gave me the pizza and when I told him it was incorrect he went to get the girl and SHE WAS SO RUDE and blamed me for getting it wrong. We had a crowd and even they were annoyed at her. Don’t come here unless you want your order to never be correct. Or be so vigilant at looking at your order and expect a 40min wait. Also see the picture for the original pic. We asked for a crazy stuffed crust half cheese, half pepperoni didn’t think we’d have to explicitly say to keep the cheese on the pepperoni side.

I ordered 2 cheese pizza and breadsticks. I order at Little Cesar’s often, and typically have a great experience and the food is decent. Today, the pizza was burnt the kids didn’t even want to touch it. Very disappointed.

The girl at the checkout didn’t want to serve me, she spoke in English to her colleague and told him that neither I nor my family speak English and that we do speak English. She was very rude and racist, the worst service. When our turn came, she said she couldn’t serve us until half an hour later.

WINGS were not good at all.
An order of 8 wings is 9.99…most were teeny tiny with hardly any meat on them. Half of the ones I got were so scrawny and crisp…I couldn’t eat them. A few were ok. The pizza is hit or miss. The pizza this particular time…not great. Sometimes it’s pretty good. For the price…can’t be too picky. The staff are nice though.

Worst run franchise I’ve even been to. The staff is oblivious, rude and was goofing off in the back while the lobby filled up. Pizzas were stacked on a counter without any label. Employees kept opening the boxes to see what they were and trying to find orders and just push them aside. They were not utilizing the Portal to keep things warm… Instead just throwing them around. No organization. When I finally was able to askabout my order, one of the employees had to dig through the pizzas, opening all of them again, and stacked my order, then went back to folding boxes and cutting pizzas. 5 min later I had to grab the attention from a different employee who had to go back and find the order again, and then went back to grab the Crazy Bread. I waited 20 minutes past when I was told they would be ready. When I finally got home and sat down to eat, they had gotten 2 of the 4 pizzas wrong. I was tempted to drive back but didn’t want to put up with the hassle. I was mad, and my kids and wife were disappointed. The last time we went to this Little Caesars franchise was over a year ago, and I thought I would give it another chance. After this last experience, I will no longer be supporting this location. There are plenty of other places to get pizza in Saratoga Springs.

I literally live 5 minutes away and had to heat up my pizza in the microwave when I got home. This is very disappointing for a “hot” and ready pizza. This also isn’t my first experience like this at this location, why I decided to finally write a review.

Food is fine but most times when I try to order from this location the food is late, or sometimes we never get it at all. Our order was delayed over an hour last time and although they did eventually issue a refund, no staff are available at the front counter and they all seemed to be tryig. To avoid eye contact behind the counter when customers try to get their attention. Just order from a different location, even if you have to drive a bit more. It’s not worth it.

Don’t waste your time it’s an 30 min wait to get your order in (while no one is in line ) and a 1 hour wait to get your food little Cesar in 3526 W 1940 N, Lehi, UT 84043 it’s a 6 min drive but it will still be faster better and better costumer services I would leave 0 if I could (my order was just 2 classic pepperoni pizzas so nothing crazy )

Ordered a pizza online and received an email showing the transaction. I never received an email saying it was ready so I finally went to the store after 45 minutes and the lady told me it had been picked up. It was not picked up by me. She snapped at me when I was frustrated that she was telling me it was already picked up a long time ago. However she was nice enough to reorder it. I just had to wait 15 more minutes. I noticed none of the orders were in the portals with security codes staying warm like in the past. They were all on a metal shelf with a weak heat lamp at the top. Uber people were coming in and picking up orders off the shelf, so I’m guessing someone mistakenly took mine.
