I would give zero stars if I could I ordered 3 boxes of cheesesteak crazy puffs. the first time I went it I only got 1 box of the cheesesteak and the other 2 were cheese and pepperoni. I went in to get my order remade because I thought it was a simple mistake. I had to wait another 35 mins for them to get my order remade and when I got it and went home and took a bite out of them every single crazy puff had a pepperoni and marinara sauce in the bottom, which it isn’t supposed to have. When I came in the second time I could tell they were mad that I came back cause they messed up my order the first time. I heard them in the back getting mad and saying very rude stuff. Please never go there their team members are awful they never offered me a refund and they didn’t even offer me anything to compensate for their mistake and wasting my time and money.

Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes for a cheese pizza and breadsticks… no apology just gave me the food and shamefully looked away.
I expected more from my little C’s. Go to AF or Orem. It will be worth the drive.

I ordered pickup, and in other locations I get it super fast, but my husband was waiting for our pizza for over 30 minutes even after I got a notification saying it was in the portal for pickup. Made him late coming home.

We go to the Lindon/pg state street location every once in a while, and without fail, Daniel is always a bright spot in our day. He always has a smile on his face, always seems happy to be at work and is super helpful, and we will continue to go there mainly because of him. Whatever he is paid, isnt enough, and hopefully you know what a great employee you have!!

If Little Caesars corporate can’t be bothered to hire enough people to cover the volume their restaurant undergoes, then they probably don’t deserve your business. The staff is great and works hard – but they don’t have enough people. Take your business elsewhere.

Restaurant seem to be clean, and the pizza was very good, unfortunately when I ask for a Ultimate Supreme with no onions, extra sauce,…..they told me they cannot modify the pizza and I have to buy it the way it is. I couldn’t believe it, and when I told the cashier that I worked for the company for 5 years at District Manager and explained to her the way how Caesar vision system worked, she apologized and then she did modify the pizza. But if I haven’t tell her anything she wouldn’t do it, I am wondering how many customers had to buy the same pizza the way it is. Got my pizza, with no extra sauce. Very disappointed!

Go down the road to the one in American Fork. We ordered a pizza and over an hour later, it still wasn’t ready. They said we could call online to process a refund but they never answered. So we paid for a pizza we never got.

Daniel and jay are the nicest human beings on this planet they got our food to us quick and we’re so nice and helped out and talked to me even though I was having a rough day they really helped me out! Wish I could give 10 stars they deserve a raise for sure!

Absolutely horrendous wait times. Waited 30 minutes and they still haven’t gotten to my order despite it being supposed to be ready. Maybe turn off the music thats obviously there for you guys only and close the drive thru if you’re going to constantly apologize about the wait time.
