I ordered the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza well done via the app, expecting the crispy, cupped pepperonis as advertised with over 100 slices for that loaded experience. Unfortunately, what I received was undercooked dough that was soft and doughy in the center, not at all well done – it felt like it spent minimal time in the oven, uncooked dough. On top of that, a quick count showed only about 50-60 pepperonis, far short of the ‘over 100’ promised, leaving large patches of just cheese and sauce. For a pizza that’s hyped as premium, this was a major letdown, especially at the price point. I’ve had better consistency from this chain before, so hoping it’s a one-off, but it makes me hesitant to order again without checking in-store first.

Several things, they usually are very fast which are like! They are dependable! I didn’t like how they said my pizza was done and it wasn’t in the machine delivery. That wasn’t cool. I don’t expect you to finish the pizza in 5 minutes but I expect you not to say it’s done when it’s not done.
The pizza that I have right now probably has about 1/3 the amount of pineapples that Centerville gives me, so that’s not cool. If you’ll just apologize to me here and tell me you’ll do better on pineapples on pizza I’ll update this review.

I walked in expecting a few minute wait for pizza, i’ve never been more wrong. As i see a lobby full of guests waiting to be helped i then notice all the employees on their phones in a circle avoiding the guests in front of them, just when i thought it was rude enough to ignore us waiting customers, they then start touching dough with their hands after playing with their phones. In a video i captured, you can notice a kid who is not in uniform or even looks to be on the clock playing around with the circle of employees, then proceeds to walk out. When my order is finally taken i am being told it’ll be a few minutes, i’m assuming 5-8 minutes. I then thought to ask “How long is a few minutes?” The girl then told me it would be 25-30 minute wait, i was astonished by that because costco pizza doesn’t even take 30 minutes to cook. I told her to then cancel the order before i payed, she then gave me the nastiest unnecessary response, “That’s why i said it will be a minute.” I am absolutely blown away with the dress code and food safety standards being broken, the customer service and the quality of my visit. These employees need to be reevaluated immediately.

Got an online order and it was missing a topping and when I walked in it said it was loaded in the portal and it wasn’t, had to wait another 4 minutes for it to come out of the oven, go to the one in Farmington or Layton.
As I got home I see the sauce cup I got is also expired by 3 days

Hot and “ready”, except every time I’ve been here I have to wait for a pizza. Even on a Sunday at 4pm. Which would be fine if they offered anyplace to sit and wait. But they don’t. All this empty space against the front windows and not a single seat for the people they make wait for the “ready” pizzas.
Also, I miss the crazy bread of the early 90’s. These hard strips they pass off as bread isn’t quite the same.

I ordered off the app and it said it wouldn’t be done until 7:06. About 6:55 I went inside and a minute later they gave me my pizza. I brought it to the car and realized it wasn’t hot. I order on the app because I want fresh pizza. He apologized and gave me 2 new ones. Those were even older and he put my old ones back in with the other pizza. I TOUCHED THOSE! The pizza was old and stale. I’m never going back.

*drive thru* went around 2 on a Saturday, it was fast to order and ready when I pulled up to the window. Almost $30 for the 2 pizzas, crazy bread, and sauce. Got home after about 5-10 minute drive and it was all a good warm temperature. Have been to this location 3 times, no complaints.

I don’t know why they have the pizza portal they never use it your pizza gets put on a wire rack by the drive-thru and cools off by the time you get your pizza it’s guaranteed to be cold. Even when you order to pick up inside the portal it never does get put in there. I hope that this gets changed.

One of the better little Ceasars, but do better. If you’re going to charge $2 for a small side of sauce, fill the cup more than 1/2 way

Well just look at the reviews before you order here. I ordered pizza online, received a message to pick it up, went to the store and waited an hour. Asked three times where my order was (it was only 3 pizzas), and they just said they were working on it. After an hour I finally asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do it, that a manager would need to call me. So not only did I not get pizza but I lost $60. They lost a ton of business tonight. I will take my business elsewhere and spread the word to everyone I know.
