I visited Little Caesars at approximately 10:00 PM. Both Google and the store’s posted hours indicate that the location closes at 12:00 AM. However, when I arrived at the drive-thru, I was informed by the employee that they had “nothing in stock” except for Crazy Bread.
What was particularly frustrating was that I checked the online ordering system immediately afterward and was able to place an order without any issue, which suggests that the menu was still available for purchase. This inconsistency was confusing and disappointing.
Additionally, the communication from the employee was unprofessional. The responses I received were minimal (“mhm,” “mmm”) and unclear, without any proper explanation as to why no pizzas were available two hours before closing time.
If the kitchen closes early or inventory runs out, that information should be clearly communicated to customers and reflected online. I hope management addresses both the customer service and the discrepancy between posted hours, online ordering availability, and in-store service.

If I could give this less stars, I would. I wish I was exaggerating this. We waited at the window, not in line, just at the window, for 45 minutes. No one even acknowledged us for over 30 minutes. When someone finally did, they brought the wrong pizza. We asked for a refund, they said sure, another 15 minutes, they handed us pizza quickly and closed the window. No, “Sorry about the wait.” And guess what? Wrong order, yet again. We had to go inside to get a refund. If they had been busy, I would’ve understood, having worked in fast food myself. But we literally saw employees joking around and eating pizza. And our order was literally only 2 pizzas. When we went inside to get a refund, they didn’t give an explanation like, “Our system was down.” Nothing, because they didn’t have one. I’ve never wished a business closed until last night. We’d do better with something else.

Little Ceasar’s in Heber is amazing! We had an issue with order and delivery for my class, and they not only quickly fixed the problem, they went above and beyond to take care of us. Happy students! Happy teacher! Thanks so much. Great customer service!

Order online and then pickup. Walking in or driving up is 100% A WASTE OF TIME.

Employees are amazing for how busy it gets and the fact that theres not enough people working. I had a pickup and there was 1 employee working both the drive thru and front desk, because of this it took 10 minutes for me to get my pizza that was already made.

Ordered a pizza on the app. The app stated that he needed to order in store. On the door of the store it says only online orders. So I walk in and they try to accommodate me I gave them the order like four times pepperoni, sausage, extra cheese pizza. He said to me do you wanna sausage and cheese I said no one pizza with pepperoni, sausage, extra cheese. They made it super fast but it only had sausage on it and half of it was full of air bubbles without anything on it.
