I got half a Detroit style deep dish when I ordered a full one. 15 dollars. It’s a Tuesday and these guys thought a $15 pizza was the one that’s HALF of it. They get my order wrong a lot, but it’s usually toppings, which I don’t care about. But when I pay extra for stuffed crust or deep dish, I kinda wanna get what I paid for.

The quality of food is as you expect. It is good and make tasty pizzas. The price is much lower than the other fancy pizza restaurants while the quality can be competitive.

This place has bad rating but I decided to give it a shot, unfortunately it has bad rating for a reason. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizza’s and crazy bread. Every single time I’ve ordered on the app the pizza is ALWAYS fresh and hot but when I went to pick up my order it was cold and not fresh at all, I truly believe all they did was give me pizza that’s just been sitting out. I didn’t take long either cause I’m only 7 mins away and the app told me my pizza was ready. I definitely won’t be ordering from this location anymore, first and last

Standard Little Caesars experience other than the person taking orders. I do not think she spoke English as their first language. I tried to order a hot and ready and a crazy bread and she handed me a crazy bread, had to repeat to her twice that I wanted a hot and ready too before she rung one up for me.
I just think that this particular employee probably should not have been working the front desk.

This location is a hot mess. The app is not accurate based on what’s actually ready or happening. App says it’s ready and literally for a while after there’s still nothing made? Come on guys… if you need an hour notice at least have the pizza made when you tell people it will be. It’s was just your pepperoni.

Horrible location. I always buy the more expensive pizzas and pay for the extra toppings & they do a horrible job and there were sections of pizza without any toppings. I politely asked them to remake them and one pizza was nice and the other had half the toppings and was overcooked. I specified to undercook them. Drive further and go to a different location.

Little Caesars is good if you’re looking for cheap, fast pizza. I’d stick to their hot’n’ready menu though. If you’re going to be custom ordering pizza I’d go elsewhere. Their pizza doesn’t reheat well at all—but I rarely like pizza leftovers. I like their pizza portal pickup. It’s nice being able to order on the app and just pick it up without having to stand in line or anything. Overall—good option for cheap, fast pizza. But you also kinda get what you pay for.

I’d say it’s “hot & fresh” more than it isn’t (I’ve had the most glorious, buttery, delicious cheesey bread ever here once. Literally squirted when I bit into it), and the employees are always nice (though as others have pointed out, there can be a language barrier with those who don’t understand English well).
However I had to write a review because I ordered Crazy Crust 2 times in a row during the 6.49 Crazy Crust 2-Topping promo, and both times, it was completely regular, plain crust. The 1st time I shrugged it off, but now it feels intentional (whether from lack of training or negligence).
