I ordered a 2 topping pizza (pepperoni and extra cheese) through the app. The pizza was ready earlier than what they originally told me, there was able to get it out of the portal without problem. However, I was disappointed by the pizza I received, which had very little cheese (see picture).
When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the employee at the front desk, she made up some odd excuse about the sauce ring preventing the cheese from spreading (Even though this is not a problem at the North Ogden Little Caesars). I said okay but I ordered extra cheese… And she said she could tell there is extra cheese because there are some melted on top of the pepperoni…
Also, the pizza was a little overcooked. I will not ever be coming back to this Little Caesars.

I ordered 3 pepperoni and got 1 delivered went to the store to pick up the other two and got two plain cheese and they also forgot the sauce for the crazy bread. I most definitely will not be ordering from them again if I could leave a no star I would. Not to also mention the pizzas are cold when I picked them up. Completely ridiculous.

This location has had a decent turn around as of late. It use to be that the pizzas were dry or cut wrong but for the past month I have been finding myself going back more because the pizzas are fresh and cut well!

Well, wanting to give them another shot they let me down yet again… It all started when I started craving a extra cheesy lite sauce pepperoni pizza. We punched it into the app and due to the request for lite sauce and extra cheese it came to a total of $11.48 which was ok if it was as requested. What we got was a pizza with half the cheese on it that our hot and ready had. I highly recommend to avoid this location as they aren’t getting any better.

We ordered a stuffed crust crazy cheese pizza, and when we got our pizza it hardly had any cheese and there was no crazy seasoning on the pizza. There was also only stuffed crust in half of the slices. Do not know why they charge $15 for this pizza if I basically just got a regular cheese pizza with thin crust

Placed a mobile order around 10:10pm when we were about 5 minutes down the road, when we got there the lights were shut off, doors locked, and even called but no one answered, they aren’t supposed to close until 11 so I don’t understand what happened. I called the Syracuse location to see if I could get any information (they had no clue why they were closed either)and thankfully this sweet girl offered to make our pizza and we picked it up there. And I understand, I work in fast food and I can see why they may have closed the door early but if you do not have a drive through or some other way for people to pick up orders you shouldn’t be accepting mobile orders
