We did an order ahead for the pretzel crust pizza combo (it was extra for the pretzel)and it said it would be ready at 8:30 pm, so we get there at 8:30 and the place is packed, door dashers running in and out, and at least 7 people just waiting without a single person to be seen helping take names or see where orders were. We ended up getting out food around 8:45 and when we got back home to eat it, it was the wrong pizza :(. But all of the workers were really overwhelmed and rushing in the back and I don’t know the solution to this or what went wrong, but it was overall very chaotic in there.here is some confirmation of my receipt and what we got, but overall something needs to change here to help it run better because it doesn’t seem like we were the only ones with this experience at this location.

Little Ceasars should be ashamed. Their employee berated me for my tip and then went on to explain that he lives off of the tips and he doesn’t get paid enough otherwise. I paid full price for my pizza, why isn’t it enough to pay your employees? I would pay more if you increased your prices. The quality of food was also an issue. One of the pizzas that I was given was a Frankenstein, it was pieced together from multiple pizzas. The Crazy Bread sauce tasted metallic. So much went wrong with this visit, never again.

It took over an hour to make 2 simple pizzas. The staff were over whelmed but very polite so I don’t blame them. I blame the obvious poor management that either needs to be re-trained or re-shuffled. Luckily the food was fine but nothing special that should take over an hour to make.

Walked in today and asked for a fresh pepperoni pizza. The counter employee assured me that the pizzas in the warmer had just been made and would be fresh. Got home (literally 2 minutes away), and the cheese wasn’t melty, the bread wasn’t hot, it seemed that this pizza was sitting in the warmer for more than 30 minutes. I don’t know if the employee genuinely thought the pizza was going to be fresh, or if he was just too lazy to tell them to make a fresh pizza, but when I ask for a pizza to be made fresh, it is disappointing to receive a pizza that is hours old.

We tried using the Online order because we were getting a stuffed crust it was very fast for getting a fresh pizza but it still wasn’t ready when i arived. The staff was a bit rude because i stared to go to the pick up machines and instead of a “hello how cam i help you” i got a ” there arent any orders in there… did you order online….?”
Other then that it was great using the no contact system they have that allows you to pull out your hot and ready pizza yourself! the pizza was very poorly cut you can see from the jaged edges on the pizza in the picture but we basically had to tear the pieces apart… flavor was good just what you expect from little ceasers that coupled with the bad initial service is why they lost a star on their review.
It still has a long wait on fridays

We ordered a sausage, pepperoni, vegetable and three meat pizza. The three meat and pepperoni were fine. The sausage and vegetable pizza were lacking. Could have used more toppings on those two. The crust was good and not under baked like some I’ve had from this franchise. Food was ready in the time frame provided.

I had a really good experience at this location, so I figured I would share. I called in to make an order and asked about specials. The person who helped me told me about ordering online and I could get a free drink. Why not….. Thank you. Tried to place my order online, but there was no editing or adding options, so I couldn’t place my order online. Plus fyi….. the online ordering will not allow “pay upon pick up” options. You have to pay with a card through the app. I called back and explained my issues with the online ordering (wanted deep dish stuffed crust pizza and the buy 2 crazy bread discount). I was actually speaking to the manager, so he helped me and got me taken care of with everything I asked (Ryan, but spelled differently). Sorry I can’t remember the spelling. The deep dish stuffed crust and the bread sticks are the only reason I go to Little Caesars. It is priced well and tastes great. I will contribute to go to this location and thank you for having such great management. It’s a great change to see.

We would always go to this Little Caesars, but no more!
We went in to get a deep dish, half pepperoni and half cheese. We know they raised their prices from $8.99 to $11.99, but after I bought the pizza, it was $14.99! Not advertised anywhere it would ring up to that! The lady was unhelpful and just said a manager wouldn’t be in for two days.
I just got off the phone with the manager, after 2 days, and she told me that a “half” topping pizza is an extra $3. I confirmed- that I knew their basic pizza’s raised from $5 to $5.55, but if I got one simple pizza like that, half cheese half pepperoni, how much would it be? She said $8.55.
This is not advertised, overpriced for quality of pizza, and customer service was terrible. That $3 and the communication displaying prices and working with customers just cost them all future business with me. Also I figure anyone that gains my experience.
