Perfectly acceptable fast pizza experience while RVing. After a busy day, it was nice to just let someone else do the cooking. Cheese pizza was….cheese pizza. Hot wings were….wings. Thick crust pizza was….well, you get the picture. Flavors were fine, and it all was hot and fresh. Thanks, LC’s…

First, the food: one of the pizzas ordered was a veggie. But upon getting home with the pizzas and opening it up, it was a pepperoni, mushroom (canned at that), and olive. Not exactly on point.
Second, let’s talk about the atmosphere of the store. I don’t mind the busyness, and the service up front was good…but having music blaring that is full of vulgarities just isn’t a great reflection on the store.

I’ve visited this Little Caesars location multiple times hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately it has been consistently disappointing. On several occasions, parts of my order were missing, and my food was cold by the time I received it.
Additionally, the customer service has not been welcoming. Interactions have felt rushed and unfriendly, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating.
I understand that fast-paced environments can be challenging, but consistency, accuracy, and basic courtesy are important. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve service moving forward.
I would say the managers should retrain their employees to have better customer service but at this point they just need to hire actual workers that know what basic courtesy and communication is. It seems like these workers have never worked customer service in their life and you would think they’d learn from working here for so long but each time i come back they get more disrespectful.

Would rate zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrendous, ordered online for delivery and the pizzas that came in were entirely raw and inedible.

Undercooked greasy pizza, bread sticks undercooked, and over use of olive oil. Inattentive and unprofessional staff that looked like they didnt want to be there. Had to remind them of all the things missing on my order by pointing to the receipt on the pizza box and had to call them back to the counter to ask them politely for a bag as they looked like they all were in a bad mood and I didn’t want to cause a scene.
They should just quit and let someone else have their job if they hate it so much there. Many people hurting for work right now. No reason people should be so careless with their jobs. It was 11:30 AM on a Monday! They were not busy at all. Unacceptable behavior!

I go here all the time. Love the food and the staff is amazing. I honestly can’t express how amazing the staff is. The hiring manager must be amazing. Food quality is always top notch. Give this location a try, it’s worth the time.

Love the pizza, not the service. Drive thru said open but no one came to the window… after about 5 min, parked and went in… I had placed an order online and it said it’d be ready in about 35 min… when I went in to pick up, my order was non existent and I had to wait even longer! There were 4 guys working (all seemed to be between the ages of 16 & 20)and it didn’t seem like there was any sense of direction or communication going on between them.

The manager, or who I believe is in charge. Shante maybe? About 5′ 7″, black curly hair. Was awful to customers and employees alike. Offered no assistance while others were very busy. Ignored all requests from those in attendance. Incredibly dismissive.

I ordered and watched as 4 other people came in, ordered got food and left. I saw my order( didn’t know it at the time) get put together by the girl who took my order and placed it under the heat lamp. 20 minutes later grabbed it and rushed it to me. No one wearing hairnets, including one young man with a full beard and thick, cheek length hair.
