Most of the time the hot and ready warmers are empty. If you do place an order instead be prepared for a wait. All the Employees I’ve encountered are unmotivated teenagers and lack basic customer service skills. They will close down early pretty often. Today 7/22 is a Friday and they closed at 6:00. Honestly sometimes surprised at the lack of effort put into making a basic pizza. Not even really worth the $5 they charge but I guess when they do have the pizza it is convenient.

Pizzas aren’t actually ready when you need them. When I arrived the person ahead of me had already placed an order for one pizza. I immediately placed my order for two pizzas and two crazy breads since all the hot and ready bins were basically empty. That’s it. They told me it’d be a few minutes wait. I waited 40 minutes for my order. Got served about 15 minutes after the guy in front of me. I get that there are dinner rushes sometimes, but literally only one other person came in after me, and there were still no extra pizzas or breadsticks prepared in that time. Nothing “ready” or “express” about my experience. Also, heads up, the pizzas are actually smaller than the ones you normally get for $5. All that wait time for less food was annoying to say the least. Needless to say, I’m just ordering next time. It always takes less than 40 minutes for delivery here anyways.

When I heard Little Caesars was coming to Kuna I was excited. I thought this is the only pizza place that could be successful with the already overly saturated pizza places in Kuna. Then come to find out they don’t offer hot and ready large pizzas at all, only $5 medium pizzas. Why!? That is so dumb. You may make more money per pizza but you will have a huge reduction in sales. It is worth it for me to travel to the other stores. This morning I wanted to try the breakfast pizzini so I called in and ordered a couple. I called because I wanting them to be freshly made. When I got there to grab my order, the guy said “made them fresh”. When I opened them up, I could tell they were not fresh. The pizzini looked and tasted like it was at least an hour old. They must think people are stupid and cannot tell the difference between fresh and something that has been sitting under a warming light for an hour. What a disapointment Little Caesars Kuna has been. Thumbs down.

Ordered and picked up in less than 10 minutes. Pizza was exactly as I expected and wanted, a Deep Dish Little Caesars Pizza! This is not an Italian Ristorante so lighten up with the reviews. Great addition to Kuna’s other 6 pizza joints.
