Worst little Ceasars pizza. Took over 75 min to get our order delivered on a weekday. Everything was burnt to a crisp. Do yourself a favor and oder from meridian. This place sucks.

Came in for lunch 10/30/25 and grabbed a pizza from the hot box, paid for it and went to enjoy it out side in my car, opened it and found that I purchased a sad, old, cold and dry pizza with essentially no pizza sauce. Cold little Caesars is like eating a cardboard box.

I try to get pizza from here every now and then, and the warmers are usually empty. The few occasions where there has been pizza in there, it’s not made well, it’s cut horribly, and can be very old. When I went in today, I asked how long it would take for some pepperoni pizza to be done because the warmer was empty again. I was being polite. Sydney and Ellie were working and looked very annoyed that I wanted pizza and that I would even ask that question. They said it would be at least ten minutes and then turned to talk about and laugh at me. I filled my drink and then came back to see they were still messing around, so I asked if they were making some pepperoni, they looked quite annoyed again, and the dark haired girl laughed at me and loudly continued talking about me and my request. I’m so irritated with the service at this place. It’s been going downhill for a long time-not sure it was ever good, honestly. I’m leaving this review today just because of the horrible customer service from these two teenagers. This business is not good. The atmosphere is dirty, tables and chairs are all over the place, and it wasn’t clean.

Literally awful. Warner’s never full. Cashier told us to pay for the pizzas at self checkout then wait. Teenagers that work here just play around and be on their phones at a literal snails pace. We were waiting for the pizzas and another guy came in and bought the one we were waiting for. Just wait for better pizza at Marco’s, it takes just as long lol.

I’m pretty sure my 4yr old could throw together a better pizza. There was zero effort into the making of these pizzas. The pizza we got today, you could tell whoever was “working” has never even seen what a pizza is supposed to look like! It was close to half the size of a normal pizza, not shaped in a circle, waaaay too much lumpy crust, and to top it off, it wasn’t even cut well enough to separate the pieces.

Most of the time the hot and ready warmers are empty. If you do place an order instead be prepared for a wait. All the Employees I’ve encountered are unmotivated teenagers and lack basic customer service skills. They will close down early pretty often. Today 7/22 is a Friday and they closed at 6:00. Honestly sometimes surprised at the lack of effort put into making a basic pizza. Not even really worth the $5 they charge but I guess when they do have the pizza it is convenient.
Update : Still more of the same. Empty warmers, unmotivated staff and multiple occasions closed way earlier than advertised. Today is Sunday, they advertise open until 10:00. I walked in at 7:00 and an employee was sitting in one of the lobby chairs on their phone. Quickly made sure I was aware that they were closed. Just in case the empty kitchen, empty warmers and no lights on weren’t enough of an indication for me.

(But the website lets you get all the way through ordering for delivery), just to surprise you with a $22 total when the subtotal was $11.
Literally doubled the price of the order just in fees. Hell no.
Try to call to order over the phone and no one ever picks up.
And then finally go in person and attempt to use a gift card I have (only reason I’m trying to deal with this nonsense location) and they won’t/can’t accept it “because it’s part of the gas station” ??
Better and still cheaper after fuel to go down to the overland location, or just get dominos.
