I’d rather not even give one star! I called in my order, was there within 20 minutes, I asked the girl, if the bread sticks were fresh, I asked her how fresh they were, and she’s all they’re fresh! I get barely out of the parking lot, and I go to have a one, thinking it was fresh, and they were barely Luke warm, and hard! As was my pizza! I get home open my pizza box and there was barely any sauce, or cheese on my pizza, and they both literally looked, and tasted like they’d been sitting for a couple of hours, when I ordered a sausage extra most bestes pizza, and they don’t make those, like they do the pepperoni ones, unless they’re preordered, supposedly, well if I could post a picture of it I would! I lost my appetite as soon as I seen the pizza! I had called the store back, and spoke with the same girl, who lied to me, and said everything was fresh, and told her I’d just left the store, and had asked for fresh bread sticks, and they weren’t, and if they could credit me for the next time I came in? She got snotty with me, and told me I had to bring the food back in with my receipt, the same day! I told her I wasn’t given a receipt, and that I was almost home, and wasn’t coming right back in there, when it was her, that lied to me, and said they were fresh, and why should I have to battle horrific traffic again, and waste my fuel, and she’s all well that’s our policy! What you going to put the bread sticks back in the warmer, and sell them to somebody else, or what! This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location! They absolutely suck!

Ordered two pizzas for pick up, one was burnt the other had no sauce on it. Just terrible. Had a similar experience last time we had pizza from this LC. Called, manager really not interested in making it right, done with this location, ownership should be embarrassed.

If I could give negative stars I would! Waited 15 minutes for “fresh” pizza and had the most disgusting, old, cold, hard as a brick pizza and crazy bread I have ever purchased at Little Caesars. I know this is economical pizza, I get it, but these employees definitely did this on purpose. They knew very well we wanted fresh and were willing to wait!! I seriously think they gave us yesterday’s left over pizza. It’s on us for not checking, I know. HUGE mistake. I used to love Little Cesar’s, always reliable and economical but this location is a complete joke! Corporate should look into this location, it’s not ok to take people’s money and give them this garbage. Not giving a single penny to this place anymore. Run!!! Try a different location, seriously. It’s dang near inedible without breaking your teeth…. not joking. The fact that other reviews below show that people have been having problems with similar situations shows not even management is going to do anything about it. Time to reach out to corporate!!!

Terrible service. Ordered a cheese and took for granted that what I ordered was a cheese. (I guess that’s on me for not checking) Got all the way home to find out it was a pepperoni. Not a problem for most but our family is vegetarian. So back to the store I went. Got to the shop and was offered a pie from the bottom of the warmer and looked like it had been sitting for well over an hour. I asked for a fresh pie. I was offered an apology but figured that I would have been offered something extra for my inconvenience. Nothing offered. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location. Sad that customer service is the last thing in a place of business like Little Caesars.

We ordered on line to pick for dinner tonight for our date. An Ultimate Supreme with all the toppings, which you know is a very sweet, ooey, gooey cheesy pizza. Got home to enjoy and from the first pick up of the slice and the first bite, it felt like eating slightly warm cardboard, there wasn’t any flavor …my husband’s words were, “It tastes like we’re eating left over pizza from a party or something”.The cheese was not stringy, the crust was breaking and it was so hard and sharp as I swallowed it down. I would not feed this to my kids. This is the 3rd time we have recieved orders like this in Caldwell on the Boulevard across from Walmart. We keep giving them a chance that it will be different but it never changes in the past 2 years we have lived here. The Best Little Ceasars is in Boise on 1471 N Milwaukee or Meridian on 120 E Fairview Ave St 120 and even though we live in Caldwell, we will drive to Boise or Meridian to get our next pizza because it is worth the drive for quality. Never again will we be coming back to this location. Sad disappointment .

The young man at the register had an attitude with a chip on his shoulder not sure if he was having a bad day or what. But worst customer service in the valley. I got a hot and ready during peak lunch hours and the pizza was like a cracker hard as a rock. Terrible take your money to a place that values its customers.
