ordered through doordash and the expected wait time kept changing, so i got my food later than i originally expected (don’t know if it was because of the driver, the store, or both).
i ordered the Detroit Style Slices-n-stix and a Crazy Crust pizza. both were delicious, but i unfortunately found a hair inside one of the Crazy Crust slices.
it would be great if yall found a way to further prevent this because it’s pretty disturbing to discover.

This store is pretty hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good, but sometimes it’s really not, which is frustrating when the prices keep going up. Also customer service is disappointing. My sister and I ordered a pizza to be delivered and they got the order wrong! When we called the store they tried to blame DoorDash even though it couldn’t be DoorDash’/s faulty when you either have to give a name or a code to get the food. When we asked what DoorDash would even be able to do they finally offered to have us bring the pizza in to exchange it which frustrates me for 2 reasons 1) if I paid extra to have it delivered, I can’t or don’t want to go in (I know that do that on purpose but it’s annoying) and 2) they shouldn’t be able to accept food back that has left the premises. If THEY got the food wrong, you should be given what YOU paid for without having to worry about exchange… that’s what customer service should be! Really disappointing!

It’s little Caesars, so the pizza is really your opinion. I wish the prices where cheaper like they used to be. I miss the $5 pizzas. However the wonderful people who work there are always really kind and fast. Never have been rude. Always deliver and get orders right as well as being accurate on wait times if not it’s a shorter wait than they tell you. Good little place especially for college.

I admit I got there around 7:30 but when I asked for an extra most bestest they said they could do it but it woud be a 10 minute wait which is fine, but after waiting around for a few minutes i asked if they had any in the works. They went to the back. They said no. After he came back one of the kids standing in the back came up and talked to the guy helping me and I was told that they decided not to cook anymore pizzas. Im not sure if this is a typical practice. If it is ill just know better than to expect them to make a pizza a half hour before close. I still bought some stuff. I asked for puffs. He asked how many then said well there is only one.

I’m not one to give 1 star reviews, but this place has major issues with consistency. Every time I get a cheese pizza from here, which is almost weekly, the center of pizza is paper thin. I end up throwing out almost half a pizza. I will take my business elsewhere. It appears they just care about food cost and not about quality.

The pizza was cold. This Little Cesar’s is located in Rexburg Idaho. I don’t like this restaurant anymore because they have changed. I used to be able to call in and get to order my pizza making sure they would have some but they’ve refused me. Using the app doesn’t work anymore. Even their prices have gone up. I’m disappointed.

This is by far the best Little Caesar’s location I’ve been to. Their pizzas are consistent and they always have hot and readys (some other locations don’t).
