The chick working that looks like a homeless man kept yelling at everyone and was SUPER loud. but The dude was super friendly and kind but she was not. I asked for half pineapple and half pepperoni for my pizza and then I got a full pineapple instead I will not be coming back.

Very poor Customer service. I got the wrong pizza made which I mean is inconvenient but I just want my pizza. Took extra 30 minutes which is understandable for the pizza needing to be cooked but the customer service is so poor. Whoever is up front is not good at talking, yells at customers (not mad yell but feels like the person can’t hear themselves so they have to talk load) and the when I get my new pizza. ITS STILL WRONG!!!!!! I have it written down, I told them what I wanted and it still wrong. The best thing that I got out of this was I got two pizzas for the price of one. Even though I didn’t get the Pizza I wanted.

Food is great when they don’t forget it in the oven. Overall food is good when you order fresh. Some of the employees don’t know how to take orders over the phone. Twice in the last 2 months they have messed up my order or have completely gotten my name wrong and made it very difficult to get my order. But I wouldn’t go anywhere else they got the best pizza for the best price.

Ordered online, status says ready to pick up. I went inside and they gave my order to someone who just walked up. Made my order new after I’m told my order is done. In total an hour since ordering online and this is for 1 pizza. Store is mismanaged, you’re better off walking in and ordering because they take priority, several walk-ups were getting multiple pizzas immediately after walking in all while the online order people just hung out

I ordered a pick up told me 15 minutes. When I showed up after the 15 they told me it would be another 10. I watched as everyone who walked in was told 10 minutes! I waited another 30 to get my food. No compensation no apology nothing! The one on 4th is much better!

Went in to grab a lunch special had to wait while they were laughing in the back then I asked for two lunch specials said it’s to late for that I said ok I will take a extra most bestest pepperoni we only have pepperoni. Ok I will take one of those had to ask to add bread sticks then I got a total before I was asked about a drink so I got the drink the response was you want that too. I pay then get handed two old pepperoni pizzas. Needless to say you just lost a customer.

Second time going to this location and the first time I got the Hot N Ready $5 Classic it hardly had any sauce or cheese and it was burnt second time around I thought I will try the $6 one hopefully it will be nice N cheesy & OMG it just looks burnt and dry the crust is literally hard! but of course I ate a few slices because I was hungry & really craving little Caesars pizza but this was just a disappointment if I could drive back and go get a refund I would. This is not Hot & Ready at all! it’s over cooked or something because it’s so dry & hard.

Okay, we gave them the benefit of doubt but this is the 2nd time in a row (we have order only twice!) We have received our pizza like they only cooked it for have the time it needed for parts of the pizza! I will try and upload a photo. It’s like have the pizza is seriously under cooked. I order out so I do not have to turn my stove on and this was my sons birthday of all days! If there is something wrong with your oven fix it!
