Terrible! I love little Caesar’s but this location is the worst one by far! I’ve had a handful of problems with them and the quality of food! I got crazy puffs today and it was 100% a rip off cause I didn’t get what I paid for! I put picture of what I recieved and a reference photo on here!

First in first out is definitely not something they strive towards. Complete chaos. I watched 5 people come in, order, then get their pizza right away when there is 4 customers waiting on pizza. If they were waiting on specialty pizzas I would understand, but they weren’t. Do better

Ya know I am not the type to complain or really say anything when it comes to business establishments because I understand the frustration. However when two customers are standing at the counter waiting for more than 5 minutes and unfortunately you can clearly see that they are just standing around hanging out and not working. This is the first time I have left a review and I would not of left one if the employee wasn’t rude when I came up. I would of forgave the wait but not disrespect. It just sucks because the manager who is usually there does awesome, I wish the staff reflected how the manager works and thinks.

The lady told me ten mins for my pizza and took twenty minutes to get it to me and when I put in the order she pulled the box of cheesesteak bites out of the heater and let them sit and get cold on the prep table. On top of all this I was able to see the back and nobody was wearing gloves as the handled my food and not only that when the guy was putting my pizza together he had the pepperonis in his hand up against his shirt. Needless to say I got cold food of cuz the bites say out for twenty minutes worst experience ever

Totally dry, burnt crust that’s hard, and not fresh. Ordered with extra pepperoni and I think it must have been sitting in the warmer for a long time because quality was poor and it was not fresh at all. Second time we have had issues with this location. Think I’m done.

I haven’t had Little Caesars in like 30 years and sadly it hasn’t changed. I ordered Detroit Style Deep Dish Pizza’s. See photos below . They were undercooked in the middle and on the bottom. So I had to put a couple of pieces in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes and they were crispy and but were still not done ✔️. It was like a sponge of grease. Same as I remember. I can say one thing, at least they are consistent in their quality . I knew I should’ve waited until Big Foot Pizza was open at 4 pm. Next time I will wait the extra 3 hours.

We ordered online, came at the time the app said and stood for 40 minutes still waiting for our order. The guy kept making excuses. Two employees just stood in the back gossiping. Don’t get food from here. We asked for a refund and the guy says it will be back in your card a week and had a nasty attitude. We won’t be back.

For some reason my family prefers Little Caesars over all the other pizza places in Pocatello. Quality and service could be a bit better, but we get good pizza for a great deal every time.

Second time going to this location and the first time I got the Hot N Ready $5 Classic it hardly had any sauce or cheese and it was burnt second time around I thought I will try the $6 one hopefully it will be nice N cheesy & OMG it just looks burnt and dry the crust is literally hard! but of course I ate a few slices because I was hungry & really craving little Caesars pizza but this was just a disappointment if I could drive back and go get a refund I would. This is not Hot & Ready at all! it’s over cooked or something because it’s so dry & hard.
