It’s Little Caesar’s……it’s not usually “hot n’ ready” between the hours of 4pm-8pm as the commercials state. You usually wait. So if you want your pizza when you walk in, order online or use the newly installed Pizza Portal(also online through the LC app).

Ordered a pizza for carry out. Picked up and took it home to find out the pizza was cold and raw dough along with our bread sticks. Called several times and there was no answer during business hours. We also noticed that the cleanliness of the franchise was very, very dirty. That’s to bad because we like little Ceasars but will never eat it again.

I ordered old world pepperoni pizza and I received a regular pepperoni pizza with all the pepperoni in the middle. I called the store to see how they would like to solve it and I was yelled at by the employee who had made the pizza and then she hung up. I went to the store to get the pizza fixed and to address the disrespect I received on the phone. When I arrived at the store the employee who made the pizza was yelling “If he doesn’t like the f@&:ing pizza he doesn’t have to come back.” I asked for a refund or a new pizza. I received a new pizza which was still wrong. I will not be returning and I would encourage all of you not to either.

As most places are right now, they seemed very short staffed. My order took quite a bit longer than I expected. But the food was hot and fresh. The staff, clearly overworked, were pleasant and moving as quickly as they could. However, they did lose some business as customers grew impatient and left before being attended to.
