The pizza used to be great and cheese now it’s horrible! They kids working there never have the pizza hot and ready and there was barely any cheese on my pizza! The place is so dirty too the need a good cleaning !

Our Little Caesars is not the best. Most of the time, there is nothing but high-school teens working, and it’s a hot mess in there. They hardly ever answer their phone the majority of the time, so it’s hard to order unless you walk in or order online. This establishment definitely needs an overhaul. I guess people just don’t take pride in their work anymore, especially in fast food. Several times, I’ve ordered online, and they hand me pizza with mounds of sauce and no cheese, or the pizza looks like they shook it or possibly dropped it and picked it up and plopped it in the box. I would hope not, but again, all teens and no adult supervisors. I’ve also picked up pizza and noticed the dough was still raw. Yes, raw dough, not a pretty sight, and definitely not edible. The Little Caesars in Grand Junction is really good, but Rifle has a long way to go.

I have been to Little Caesars Pizza on Rifle, Colorado twice. 1st time I ordered 1 hot and ready and it wasnt ready. I waited about 15min. Today I went again and Ordered a Pepperoni Stuffed Crust Pizza. After I paid, then told me it would take 20min. I left and came back 20min later and as soon as I got in the car I tried to pick up a slice and it all came apart. The crust was the only thing I could pick up and the rest on the slice was stuck to the cardboard box. It wasnt only one slice, it was the whole pizza. It looked like the dough was too thin and it was melting into the box. My boyfriend went back inside and the girl told him that he would have to wait another 20min so they can make a new one. Instead my boyfriend told her to just get him a hot and ready and she did but I had paid more for the other pizza. We did not get a refund on it and she just swapped the pizza. She did apologize.

Not impressed, got to the store at 940 to order, shift leader seemed to throw a tantrum that we where ordering before their store was closed couldn’t get a name due to him not wearing a name tag watched him punch the ovens in the back repeatedly, when I came back in to get my order he turned the store light off while I was in the store proceeded to give me a completely undercooked pizza the flip us off as he locked the door, owners really need to hire and train people that are excited to do their jobs and are professional. Really wouldn’t expect this behavior from someone they put in charge.

Only gave one because you can give a zero star rating. Found a bandaid in my pizza. Something like that doesn’t just come off without you noticing. Absolutely discussed. I know this is a cheap chain so I shouldn’t expect much from those working there but this is ridiculous.

Idk who allowed a bunch of teens to run a pizza shop unsupervised but this is what you get, the last 3 times I went about 6pm they had a sign up that just says we are not taking orders. I don’t know why they came to work 3 days in a row and decided not to take orders I guess the owner is fine throwing buckets of money in the dumpster but this is my last time trying.

RIPOFF SCAM ARTISTS. Was charged $6.99 for a $6.00 pizza that should have been ready to go as advertised (took 10+ minutes). I have a receipt showing the $6.99 charge, yet they claim I couldn’t have been overcharged. Corporate customer service never called me back. Stay FAR AWAY from this location!!!
