The lobby was packed, csr (cashier) was unresponsive to customers. There was 8 people in the back today that I saw. One person wearing noise canceling headphones standing in the same place. Two people prepping the pizzas to cook, no issue there that made sense. Three sometimes four people working the finishing area, the csr and three others. While people waited for their pizzas they clustered at the front expedition area. There was absolutely no organization, if there was a manager on site I couldn’t tell, my pizzas was supposed to be light sauce and I had no sauce. There is cinnamon on the deep dish pepperoni we ordered. The pizzas were burnt, except the pepperoni one that was undercooked and not cut the icb (Italian cheese bread) was burnt with little to no cheese, extra garlic sauce was requested there was non. It was utter and complete chaos. As someone who manages fast food places regularly it was embarrassing to say the least.

I’ve consistently had bad experiences from this location. I ordered delivery today and they gave me the wrong crazy puffs (it also arrived missing one of them?), forgot the sauce for my crazy bread, pizza was undercooked, cold, and not sliced all the way, and also missing my drink. This kind of experience is normal, and I don’t know why I still order from them. I’m done giving them chances. The owner needs to get his store together.

Learn to cut your pizza. Anytime I have ordered pizza from here it’s never cut fully. Next time I’ll bring a pizza cutter when picking up.

The food was the usual quality you can expect from Little Ceasers. Not great, but not bad. However, when our order said it was going in the oven i assumed maybe 15 minutes later at most it would be complete. 40 minutes later our pizza was finally done. Additionally, during my time there nobody working paid much attention to any customer who stood at the counter.

Wow I experienced the Gen z stare in 4k. Cashier just stared at me as I walked in, didn’t greet me, and when I said “hi” I didn’t even get a “hi” back. Not looking for a best friend whenever I walk into a business, but I do expect some kind of acknowledgment if I plan on spending my hard-earned money in a business. Do better.

They told a lady waiting for 20 plus minutes that they made her pizza and put it in the automatic dispenser but someone else took it! It’s supposed to be with a secret code. But the best part is they weren’t even using it. Just handing it directly to people as it was made. And of course i ordered a promo for new crust and they didn’t make it right. I’ll use the location further away hoping it’ll be better but this location needs an educated night manager. It was pure chaos. Another asked for a refund after just walking in. horrible
