Very upset. I stopped here on my way home from work ordered BP crust and had to wait 10 minutes for my order. Took it drive 20 minutes home to find out there NO BP on my pizza. Called the store 3 times and kept getting pushed to a CALL CENTER!!!!! ABSOLUTELY ANNOYING Im not driving back my kids just need to eat dinner at this point.

waited an hour for my pizza. sat inside for 45 minutes. the crazy bread was sitting on the counter the entire time unpackaged. when it came time for my order, the worker threw my sauce at me!! then she denied it!! i ended up getting a full refund because what the actual hell???

Ordered ahead, had a pickup scheduled for 6:00-6:05pm, had to wait for over an hour to receive my food. Staff kept saying it would be 10 minutes. It’s clear they prioritize DoorDash orders over in-person orders. If you want Little Caesar’s, save yourself the headache and go to a different location. Finally, when I received my food, it was cold, so much for hot and ready pizza. Do better.

Ok this place is very unsanitary. No employee wears gloves. They wipe there face, nose, mouth, every body part, and dirty thing and then touch the food with their hands. All there pans are black and rusted. They don’t wash them. If you want to get sick, get germs, or bacteria or get poisoned by the rusted unclean pans be my guest. This place should fail all health violations. Epic fail. No care for cleanliness at all. ZERO!!! This place should be closed down immediately!!

Ordered two pizzas at 5:50, and I arrived late at 7:20. Pizzas weren’t even in the oven yet. Stood in a lobby with twenty other people all upset and waiting. I don’t expect much from a low grade pizza place, but I never expected it to be this terrible. It’s crazy, because they have staff too. Whoever manages this location needs to seriously reevaluate. If it’s Friday night, maybe you should expect a pizza rush? Wouldn’t recommend or come back. Seriously think my whole order should be reimbursed as well.

Cindy is an awesome employee/Manager! She handled my concern with no questions asked and is a Great rep for Little Caesars. The food is ALWAYS very good and hot. Cindy makes this store much better with her friendliness and and customer 1st attitude. It is ALWAYS a pleasure to see and order with Cindy. Consistantly over the last 4 times I’ve ordered food from this location, the employees screw up the order every time. They are impersonal and rude, can’t make pizza to save their lives and are over all useless. They never answer the phone when you call, no greeting when you come in the door, just disappointed faces and scowls.

It doesn’t matter when you come in or order online, they refuse to give people fresh food that hasn’t been sitting in the warmer for 30 minutes, becoming a hard brick of cheese.

The quicker this location is shut down and all it’s employees fired it will be for better of the company. It doesn’t matter who they hire, every employee is a terrible representation for the company.

It was christmas eve and instead of joy peace or even basic dignity i was compressed into this little caesars like a human filing cabinet. My carry out order took 42 minutes and 36 seconds after the time they said it would be ready which means at some point i stopped waiting for food and started questioning my past decisions and relationship with time itself

Inside was chaos. Two employees were fighting for their lives against what looked like nine thousand orders while the manager had clearly vanished either through negligence fear or an interdimensional portal. These workers were not slow they were sacrificed. Ive seen war documentaries with better organization

Little caesars advertises fast pizza like it is a promise carved into stone tablets. What i experienced was a work of fiction. A bold imaginative piece of speculative fantasy where time has no meaning and staffing is optional. You cannot sell speed and then run a public stress experiment on starving people during a major holiday

I will not be back until this location is torn down rebuilt and staffed by people who acknowledge the existence of clocks. This was not dinner this was a systems failure a management collapse and a personal insult. This place owes me emotional damages and a formal apology from whoever decided two employees could handle christmas eve. A permanent stain on the brand and honestly on society

I don’t expect little Caesars to be the best pizza in the world, but I do expect it to be cooked. How do you get one whole slice without any pepperoni?

I made an online order. I received the conformation that they received my order, and then the email saying it was ready for pick up. I get their and a handwritten note is on the door saying “closed we are having technical difficulties.” All the lights were on and employees in the store. I knocked, the worker came up and asked what I needed. I told them that I placed an order online and they gave me complete attitude. Walked away and came back with my order. I get it home and it’s not even cooked all the way. Neither my pizza or cheesy bread were cut all the way threw. Will not be returning to this store again.
