I remember when this place first opened up, the place was perfect. Even the Hot-N-Ready pizza had a lot of sauce on it. Over the years, the pizza here isn’t as good as when it first opened. Can you guys please fix it by doing one simple thing: putting more sauce on the pizza? Because every time I order a pizza, there’s literally little to no sauce at all. Most of the time, there’s just no sauce. Thanks.

It is my understanding that this place is under new management. The workers were kind. I didn’t expect them to speak, but they did. Our food was good . Although I didn’t use the holding machine because they handed the food to me, I liked the option for busy times. I refuse to go to one that was closer because it was always dirty. This one was clean. I loved that there door was clean as well.

I had a couple issues with my initial order, toppings issues with 2 larges, and no sauce with the crazy bread. They made me 2 new pizzas and provided me with extra sauce within 10 minutes. Thank you all for helping me so quickly and being so gracious about it.

We hadn’t had Little Caesars in 10 years because of a bad experience. We decided to give them another try and ordered an Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza. The order confirmation said we would receive a code to unlock the warmer at the restaurant. When we arrived, there were no employees in sight so I entered the code and left with our pizza. Big mistake – we should have checked the pizza before we left and waited to talk to an employee. We were given a regular Pepperoni pizza…no caramelized crust, no cheese and Pepperoni all the way to the edge…just a normal Pepperoni pizza. It was terrible – bland, cold, very disappointing. This is what we get after 10 years? We will never be back to Little Caesars.

I put in an order at 532pm online through the app. They didn’t even put my pizzas in the oven until 6:11pm. I was all the way in Arvada when I ordered and thought it would be done by the time I got here. My pizza wasn’t even ready until about 6:40pm. Over an hour. The quality sucks it tastes like cardboard. I’ll NEVER come to this location again and that means no more little Caesar’s bc there are no other little Caesar’s in Brighton. Very disappointed.

I was so excited the pretzel crust pizzas were back so I ordered online 2 stuffed crusted pretzel crust pizzas. What I got? 1 stuffed pepperoni pizza no pretzel nothing whatsoever and 1 regular pepperoni pizza, no stuffed, no pretzel crust. I just trusted they will have it right and didn’t check it before I got home so I guess from now on I will have someone come to the front and check in front of them.

Pizza was bland and lacked enough sauce. Asked where the Parmesan and chili flake packets were and was told they don’t carry them anymore. The Crazy bread was undercooked and the sauce that came with it was half filled.

Created an online order on 2/4 to pick up some pizza and cheesy bread sticks. When I arrived they could not locate my items but did not take long. The kid who was working the register was very helpful and polite. I don’t know why this location is getting a bad rep. Our food was delicious. I was only able to capture the cheesy bread sticks since the pizza was devoured pretty quickly. It was cooked to perfection.

Ordered delivery and didn’t get our cookie dough brownies called finally talked to manager after 25 minutes and was told I could come pick it up, and they couldn’t refund because they would lose money. Manager is a joke.
