I went in for a hot an ready got home and after 2slices found a long black hair (mine is red and there was no one but me with the pizza) baked in the pizza like not on top seriously baked inside the pizza so I took the whole pizza back they acted apologetic I wasn’t even mad cuz stuff happens so I was nice about it they claimed they would make me one so I waited 20min they handed me a pizza and I should have known when she didn’t open the box to show it to me like they normally do that it was messed up cuz I got home and it was BURNT. Like they took one that was already cooked once n just put it back in the oven smh n i didn’t waste time going back bc clearly I wasn’t going to trust that again. Terrible customer service by terrible untrustworthy employees and those “women” in the back should be ashamed of themselves being terrible influences on the young ladies that were in front and now I know what the laughing was about. Maybe next time they should at least not be fake and clearly scared to say how they really felt to me and for me to understand rather then hiding behind speaking a different language and showing what kind of people they are in front of young adults like it’s cool to act that way or impressive cuz it’s not!

I would say zero stars if I could- I understand busy and food industry but this is the worst pizza place in Denver. Store was so busy and unorganized. Went and ordered at 4:18, didn’t get our 3 pizzas til 4:58.
Ask for our money back and they were rude about everything. Pizzas burnt and cold. Manager ignored us multiple times and purposely walked away from us. Pizza was burnt. Crazy bread was flat and burnt. Wouldn’t even answer us and they had a whole crew working. Didn’t even say sorry for losing track of our order. Such a disappointment when you love pizza.

Placed an order thru the app, thinking if I did so that I’d get a freshly cooked pie. I was also under the impression hot n ready pizzas ended at 8PM. My pickup was 8:10PM. I even tipped, FOR A PICKUP ORDER, hoping they’d take extra care in making me a good pie. Nope. Wasn’t even hot n ready, room temp & stale, would be a better description. This pizza had to be a minimum of an hour old, I’d say probably even 2 hours old. Anyone working in this store 10/13 evening hours, all store managers, owner(s), you should be absolutely embarrassed. Good pizza is hard to come by in CO. LCs was my go-to for years(not this location) but after this I will probably not step foot in a LC ever again. Even if I wanted a hot n ready pie, this would be an embarrassment. As you can see in pics, bare spots with no cheese. This was supposed to be Detroit/deep dish style. Lol!!!!!! It’s a 1/2” thick in most places. I can think of 2 pizza joints whose thin crust is thicker than this. I am someone who doesn’t throw out pizza. I eat it all. For all intents & purposes there is no such thing as a bad pizza. I’ve been proven wrong. Ate 1.75 pieces of 8 pieces & to the dumpster it went. 100% the worst pickup pizza I’ve had in almost 45 years of eating pizza.

I order pizza from here once a week. I order online, a regular pepperoni pizza. Used to always take about 10 mins to bake and when I arrived it was always hot out of the oven. Now, for the last 5 visits, I order online, and get a notification within 2 minutes my pizza is ready. By the time I get there to pick up, it’s like left over pizza. I ask them how they make a pizza in under 2 minutes and they tell me they have faster ovens. I call bs. They’re no longer making my pizza fresh and it ruins the quality. No longer going to go here cause you can’t trust the freshness anymore.

Literally asked for just a cheese pizza, waited 20 minutes and another person who didn’t order on the app or ahead asked for one and they gave away my pizza and I get told “oops sorry bro” as I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to make me another cheese pizza. Horrible service

This is the worst Little Caesars place out of all of them.. They do nothing right here.. If you love dried out cheeseless pizza crackers then this is your place.. I dont want to put down the staff because they seem like some decent kids trying to do the job somewhat decently.. but they can definitely do better and be a bit more accommodating and add a lot more effort.. Until then go somewhere else..

I was supposed to get all meat and just cheese cause they said that is all they have for the hot ready and bread sticks. They gave pepperoni. Over charged me cause of it. Not cool. I need it fixed and am not coming back again

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent delivery from Little Caesars. Unfortunately, the quality of the food fell far short of my expectations. The Pretzel Crust pizza was undercooked, and the breadsticks were doughy and not ready to eat. To make matters worse, the pizza had barely any sauce, and the crust itself was also doughy.
Given the issues I experienced, I would strongly advise against ordering from this location. It’s clear that there’s a need for improvement in their food preparation and quality control. I hope that the management takes customer feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to address these issues.
Until then, I would recommend exploring other options for your pizza needs.
