The online pizza we ordered was not fresh when I picked it up. I was there waiting for it. Got home, and the pizza was old. I think they tried to pass on a “fresh and ready” that was rewarmed as a fresh pizza. We had to eat it because we paid for it, it’s freezing outside and I don’t want to go back out to make it right at the store. Hopefully, a manager will reach out to me to make this right.
If I wanted a pizza that had been sitting there, I wouldn’t have ordered one online, so it would be fresh… why do this to folks??!!

I tried to call for delivery because the modifications I wanted weren’t available online. Was told they won’t take my order because delivery is only available on the app or online. I’m handicapped and can’t drive up there to pick it up. Ridiculous.

Got home and the hot & ready had cheese on the bottom of the pizza. So it was stick to box. It didn’t look fully cooked and the cheese and sauce was missing from the top of the pizza. I was informed that I could come back for a refund, but they gave me a coupon instead. No sorry for inconvenience or anything. Worst customer service ever.

I got home with 2 pizzas, both where hot n ready-made and both of them had HAIR in it. Im so frustrated, I tried calling them multiple times and they didn’t pick up. I would give this place no stars if I could.

The night time manager there always gives me such a problem and rude vibes every single time I go in there it started when I first moved to the area and it was the very first interaction I’ve had there which was in March of 2025 and it is now December 2025 and still don’t even like to go in had an issue again tonight they never have anything ready and then tell you it will be a 40 minute wait so much for hot n ready

Took over an hour for them to make a single pizza. Told us it would be a couple minutes and then still didnt have it for another 30. Overheard workers in the back saying “if people saw what was going on back here they wouldn’t be eating this” so we got a refund and left.

Worst location I have ordered from. First off, I could not order online as the app does not let you chose Colorado as the state. Okay, not a big deal so we called in to place our order. Was told over the phone that it would take about 15 minutes from 6:50 p.m. I walked into the store to pick up my order, I gave him the name on my order and the worker who greeted me walked to the back right side of the store where I seen one pizza in a square box just sitting there on the counter in the back and then I watched him box up my deep dish pizza. I also ordered a crazy bread combo and Caesar wings. I live a mile & half away and when I got home all my food was room temperature. I called the store back to let them know and I automatically got told that it is because of my drive time home & he tried to guarantee that the warmers they use are at 160 degrees. I explained that the veggies (mushrooms, onions, and green bell peppers) on my deep dish weren’t even cooked into the pizza and visually looked like they were just throw on top after the pizza was cooked since they were still raw. I let him know that none of my food was in the warmer when I picked it up & it was as if my food was just sitting there until my deep dish pizza was ready. I did not get an apology or nothing. I am writing this review because Forrest B hung up on me and gave me the run around rather than trying to make things right. I believe he is the manager of this location. Forrest B is the name on the receipt. This place is a joke just like their customer service, worst $43.00 ever spent on pizza. All my food had to be warmed up in the microwave which is ridiculous since their motto is “hot&ready”. Should of checked the rating (2.9) before ordering from here I guess

Pizza is never ready have to wait 20- 30 minutes same with their hot wings always a wait time even tho its not busy I go for a fast & ready pepperoni and still comes out burn & bread sticks over cooked They need new management or better workers very disappointed rather spend extra money and go to pizza hut
