Absolutely Horrible Experience. Tried calling to adjust an order I placed online. Was on hold for 16 minutes and hung up on. On hold again for 5 and hung up on. On hold another 6 and got a real person that sounded high and after I demanded to speak to a manager he hung up on me. Had to go in to demand the order be cancelled and that was an ordeal as well. Worthless employees and a despondent manager that could care less. You’ve lost a regular and consistent customer for life. Be ashamed.

If google maps allowed me to leave 0 stars I would. I just stopped by to get an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza and I did not get provided what I was looking for. I asked this gentleman what type of pizzas were available in the oven warmer and he said a pepperoni pizza. I then requested an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza and this gentleman then said that’s what the pepperoni pizza in the oven warmer was. This gentleman then proceeds to state that it was just made (knowing damn well it was sitting there for who knows how long). I requested a fresh one to be made bc I did not want to settle for the room temperature pizza. This gentleman then refused to make a fresh one for whatever reason. So, I DO NOT recommend this place.

I came in for the slices n stix meal for my wife and I around 5PM, and they advertise hot n ready from 4-8pm. The lady took my order and told me 4 to 6 minutes. I sat there for 15 min before I got my food. And then on top of that, it wasn’t fresh, it wasn’t hot I had to microwave my entire order . Was very unsatisfied with the whole experience. Will not be going back and I would not recommend that store to anybody.

You get what you pay for. I order from these guys because they are close, but EVERY TIME something is wrong. I ask for well done, it’s not. I ask for a no cut pizza, because they cut a square pizza diagonally), and it’s cut, I ask for light sauce, it’s heavy, I order Twix topping on the cookie dough/brownie… it’s M&Ms. It’s always SOMETHING… every single time.

Pretty satisfied with Little Caesars. I usually never have them but I can say quality and size of the food there is completely justified by the price. Big fan of their garlic sauce.
