Walked in and ordered a pepperoni PRETZEL pizza and a crazy bread. Explained my order 3 times and still got it wrong. One pizza. Couldn’t do it. Of course I didn’t recieve a receipt to go back and have it made right. Go to any location but this one.

This is the second time in 3 or 4 days ive gotten 1/4 a cup of marinara, crazy bread entirely dry and without the “crazy” that makes it unique (its just literal plain bread), and they salted everywhere but the crust on my pretzel crust pizza…….. This is a laughably bad job clearly done by someone who does not care at all. Disappointing. 4/21/2025. You can see how much I ordered and they still dont care to take care of their customers. Maybe thats why they call it crazy bread? Don’t order from here unless youre hungry for consistent disappointment.

That’s funny sign says they close at 10 yet here it is 950 and the door is locked and I was “shooed” away by the lady inside. Yall know how I am about customer service and this is bullshit. I hate being that guy that walks into a restaurant 10 minutes before closing, but hey I’m hungry, I work late hours , and I didnt decide the hours of your business. The wait to even order something was insane. The cashier working the front desk was too busy looking at his phone instead of looking to see the line of people waiting. The cooks in the back making the food were horse playing and not even doing their job. Two guys and a female playing around. The males were bothering the girl and the woman was using foul language. Very very ghetto. I am still waiting for my food as it’s been over a half hr just to get something. Something needs to be done I will be reporting this store to the BBB. Bunch of sorry kids.
