I purchased a “pretzel crust” pizza and saw that it was NOT a pretzel crust pizza it’s literally a regular crust with salt put on it and the filling is the nacho cheese sauce with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. I tried to talk to the person who baked it and informed me that the crust isn’t a pretzel crust and that it only needed to be put in the oven longer for it to brown. No one has ever mentioned this before and I recall that the crust in the past was like a soft pretzel crust. I don’t like this version of it and I’m disappointed!

Well just spoke to Albert…picked up pretzel pizza It’s uncooked on Bottom! Salt no where on crust just in box!! Will request refund tomorrow no consideration for inconvenience and I am out of Dinner…can’t eat it its raw dough chewy. CALLED general manager Juana Carbajal was Rude and unprofessional told me to talk to district manager Mr Lozano but he didn’t respond. No customer care…Wow!

This was the worst little Cesar’s in the city. Pizza was dry, not fresh at all and cold. I also got a pizza that was custom ordered a missing a topping. When I called customer service to report it they offered me 25% back for the missed topping only and then told me I would have to reorder it to get the right pizza. ABSOLUTE TRASH. I ordered nearly 60.00s worth of food and it was the crappiest customer service I’ve ever experienced from any pizza place. I would call and file a report directly with the location, but no surprise….they have no phone service.

We ordered through the website and apperently they sent the order for a door dash driver to pick up well we only got about 1/3 of our order and was told we have to go pick the rest up after we waited almost 30 minutes for the driver to bring us the rest after he told us he’d go to the store and bring us the rest of the order

I really thought I was gonna have a better experience ordering at the store. I hadn’t taste the famous stuff crazy bread, and I was very disappointed. I don’t believe they were freshly made. They were hard and definitely were not fresh.. food is not free nowadays and I really believe that we should get for what we pay for. I definitely do not recommend and definitely will not order there again.

I am a regular at this Little Caesars location but lately they been doing a horrible job on making the pizza. It’s very thick and wet. The breading is super thick and they add a lot of sauce which makes the pizza leak. It’s not even enjoyable anymore. I had to throw the whole thing out. This is the second time.

Went to pickup an online order and asked if I could use the restroom and the employee said they do not have public restroom on top of this i had to wait long time for the order, and to top it off they had the music super loud almost like it was a club. For sure there is room for improvement at this location.

We are strictly vegetarian and have meat allergies. I ordered a thin crust without pepperoni. Instead Little Caesar’s got my order wrong and a pepperoni pizza thin crust was delivered to my door. Negligent customer service. UNACCEPTABLE!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza light sauce well done. If what i received was well done. Id hate to see a regular cooked pizza. Still doughy and white. In my experience when crust on pizza is still white..not cooked! Luckily I was coming home. So stuck it In Oven again to actually cook it through. Most of these little Caesars places have gone to crap. Actually surprised they are still in business if they are giving out food like that.
