Ordered ahead at 2:17 the app said it would be ready at 2:45 – 2:50 for two pizzas…. Got there like 15 min early the lady said to wait up front. Wasn’t busy at first then 20 min passed I kept seeing cars go in and out the drive thru. The app said the pizzas were ready at 2:49 but I didn’t get them till 3:11… horrible time management here.

I don’t like to complain but today is the day. I put an order for some pizza and bread today at 1:20pm October 5 2024. Estimated to be ready by 1:39-1:44 pm. I entered at 1:47pm and they hadn’t even put a single thing to cook. It took an additional 22 minutes of me waiting for a simple pizza and bread. Seriously? And I’ll the time I was there waiting all I could hear was them playing on the back. Not acceptable, at least be honest and say the order hasn’t been made yet. ♂️

First time coming at this location. Overall, the customer service was great, food was awesome and timing could be better but it was only two of them. I always get extra sauce and it was fresh and exactly what I wanted.. I’m very satisfied, thank you!

As I sit here and eat an excellent pizza, hot and covered with great toppings, I want to give this store a 5 star rating, but sadly I can’t. it’s my home store in my app with it being close to my house and having a drive thru, wahoo! But tonight, I ordered and picked up through the drive thru only to find when I got home, my pizza was wrong. I’m pretty easy going so I tried to let it work but my family members had allergies to one of the toppings, so I called the manager. She was AWESOME!! Invited me back for a new pizza plus she gave me breadsticks and a drink for my trouble. PERFECT customer service! If that were the end of the story, she’d have 5 stars but unfortunately it wasn’t. I got home and the second pizza was wrong too. This time, the family could eat it so we were fine.
Great pizza and customer service but be warned, check your pizza before you leave the parking lot unless, of course, you like the “Pizza Topping Lottery”!! Bon Appétit!

I’m done giving this establishment any more tries. This Little Caesars consistently makes the worst, sloppy pizzas in the area. Either the employees don’t care or the manager lets it happen.
The pizzas from this Little Caesars is almost always prepared wrong, undercooked, or stuck to the box. There’s another Little Caesars right up the road that deserves everyone’s business as that establishment consistently makes their pizzas right.
I’ve had enough from ordering here and will stop wasting my money ordering at this location.

It’s good when you get it fresh, I would rather wait 10 minutes and get it hot and fresh. The new stuffed crust pepperoni was pretty good.

This place is a complete mess. I was told it would take 10 minutes to make the pizza—not a problem. I paid and was told to wait in the parking lot. No mention of needing to come back in or anything—just to wait. After sitting there for 15 minutes, I finally got out and went back in to check.
The girl working was rude from the start and then told me it would take 20 minutes instead. On top of that, she tried to charge me again, even though I had already paid and had just been waiting like they told me to! Completely disorganized and unprofessional.
This place needs better management and staff who actually know how to talk to customers and do their jobs. Never coming back.
