Ordered some crazy bread. And they usually taste really good. I ordered from this location cause I was in the area. The customer service was nice. I was in and out of there quick. When I got to my food the breads stick were so dry they were not buttery or seasoned. I was so bummed out cause how do mess up the breadsticks.

I spent enough money to at least get what I paid for. My stuffed crust pizza didn’t have much sauce and cheese and I see the dough instead of the sauce and cheese… They didn’t try to prep the pizzas right at all, and I ordered the deal of a large pep with a side of pizza puffs and I got a Cheese pizza instead of the pep….I’ve noticed this store always either gets my order wrong or there isn’t a decent amount of toppings, this store doesn’t fill the pizzas right. This store needs a little work

Showed up to pick up a pepperoni pizza and I see a male employee sitting on a prep table on his phone. That was my first cue to just leave. We got our pizza and took it home to find it to be burned, but still warm. We tried a slice each, but there was no way we could have finished it. The crazy bread was all undercooked dough, but we had 2 sticks each. Nonetheless, woke up 6-7 hours later to bouts of food poisoning.
Maybe if the employees were not potentially cross-contaminating food contact surfaces, we would have been spared the illness. Maybe if the pizza was actually tracked from preparation time and had a use by time that was properly followed, we would have been spared from illness too. I am an above store leader within the restaurant industry myself and food safety and sanitation practices of a restaurant are absolutely paramount as they should be above all else. This location’s evening crew could clearly care less about that.

It was 1 crew member who was nice. Took care of everything fast. Management should be a shame of themselves , seeing 1 worker tirelessly to handle such a large volume of orders, clearly exceeding what’s reasonable for one person.

Our pizza was old or from an earlier time of the day and our bread sticks weren’t cooked all the way they were doughy. Horrible pizza! It was very burnt… the kids that work there always give poor service and don’t know how to make the food there. I’ll be buying my pizza from another establishment from now on. What a disappointment….waste of money. If I could rate zero stars I would do it in a heart beat….

Managers, owner I cannot believe you have your workers in deplorable working conditions. I didn’t want to go through the drive thru and went into the lobby. Only to be in hotter weather inside your restaurant, I felt I couldn’t breathe, and had to run out of there and go through the drive thru. The kid with the hat, he was so friendly, attentive, and courteous and the rest of the kids in there too. How can you have them working in these conditions??!!! You have dry air, that is unacceptable!!! Reply with your number please do i can call you directly!!!

This has probably been our worst experience of any of the little caesars we’ve been to. The gentleman assisting me was not very customer service oriented. I knew something was up because he kind of kept chuckling. Well as you can see by the photo, I did not get what I ordered. My crazy bread was undercooked and my bests most pizza had pepperoni on only half of the pizza as seen below, the crust was the most prominent thing on the pizza and it was not even cut into slices. This is why I don’t like going through the drive thru at most fast food establishments. I was extremely disappointed to say the least and won’t ever go back to this location on Sunland ever and would NEVER recommend this location at all. If I could hit 0 stars, I would have. I’d like to hear what the GM has to say about this.

They made me wait for a fresh triple meat pizza for 40 mins just so I can get an old crusty pizza. I come back to pick it up and tbh door is locked. The guy had the door closed at 9:11Pm and he had a gentleman outside not wanting to get him a pizza. He had big ears and was working on 10-10-2021 with a gray shirt. Wasted my time and money. If that guy was the manager I would hope his position is taken away.

35 minutes for a classic and a cheese bread is ridiculous. And the manager on top of everything doesn’t speak English. Not everyone speaks Spanish. I had paid in advanced 10 minutes before getting there and had to wait another 35. Not the first time. 3rd time something like this happens in this location.
