I hadn’t been to Little Caesars in years and decided to give it another try. Big mistake. The pizza was horrible—overloaded with sauce and slapped together with no care. The service was just as bad; the cashier looked annoyed the entire time. The line was out the door and there was zero organization. This place seriously needs better management and staff training, or they’re going to keep losing customers.

Worse pizza I’ve ever gotten here… put an online order 30 mins before arriving to store, it wasn’t ready waited another 30 mins inside store until they gave us the food, went home, pizza undercooked and crazy puffs over cooked from the outside and inside not cooked. Maybe temp too high that burns the outside faster than the inside? Idk I’m not a pizza baker but this was bad.

We live in Anthony, so this is usually our go-to spot for pizza. The pizzas almost always come out fresh and nicely made, which we really appreciate. The only downside is how bad the drive-thru setup is and how hard it is to communicate through their speaker — it’s pretty frustrating sometimes. Other than that, it’s a solid spot for quick, affordable pizza.

I go through the drive thru yesterday to order a classic pepperoni. The girl charges me EMB. I didn’t want to complain for getting charged the extra $2-4, i made the most of it and said I’d enjoy it anyway. but what is super annoying is the fact that it was a classic in the box, no extra Pepperoni’s. I feel robbed.

Incredibly rude and irresponsible employees, we picked up a pizza through the drive thru, they closed the window and never came back, we knocked and honked, they didn’t give us our dips, napkins, peppers. One employee walked out a pizza and saw us at the window and still did not come help us. Corporate needs to get a hold of this location.

I ordered a classic pepperoni with a crazy bread. Went to drive through window was handed a pizza the girl left when I checked was a sausage pizza burnt the girl was no where to be found so I parked got down and she had attitude that I told her she gave me the wrong pizza and showed her that it was also burnt. she then gave me one that was also burnt with extra pepperoni and dried which I showed her I told her I would like a different one please and all mad she gave me another one which wasn’t as burnt as the other one and she proceeded to put the burnt pizza back on the rack with the other pizzas.. Then the crazy bread was ridiculous there was only 4 breads in the bag with the extra white paper to make it look full so disappointed. Won’t be coming here again
