Ordered 7 Deep Deep Dish pizzas, they are NOTHING like every other Little Caesar’s that I’ve been to. First pic is what I’ve always gotten from any other LC, second pic is what I got from Pecos LC. When I called to complain, they said, that’s just how they’re made. I told them that’s how you make them, not every other LC makes them the way they’re advertised. Don’t waste your money or time…

Is there any way to give a minus rating, somehow they are SSSSOOOO “busy” that they can’t have hot and ready pizzas ready, after TWO hours of putting in an online order and waiting in the store for more than 30 minutes they gave my order away to someone else now I have to wait even longer for a “quick” pizza. The “manager” couldn’t explain what happened and kept making up excuses so they didn’t have to make another pizza. AWESOME job guys

2 days ago, I came in and asked how long for an order of crazy bread and was told an hour and a half. Today I ordered ahead around 4/4:30pm l can’t remember the exact time. Pickup was set for 5pm. It’s now 5:20 and I still haven’t recieved my order. Prices have gone up everywhere while quality and customer service have plummeted. This is unacceptable.

They don’t give you a refund if the delivery driver makes a mistake, and nobody is at fault. Be careful ordering pizza there, because anyone can claim your pizza, and the delivery driver doesn’t make sure you’re the person who ordered it. They just hand it over to the first person outside your house. They made me feel hungry and angry, and they never refunded my $70. Very bad service in this place in Pecos.
