Terrible place, they constantly mess up the order and management is worst then children, no professionalism and they get mad when you point out their mistake and insult you. Don’t come here terrible place. Ordered a pizza with sausage, let me know if you can count how many sausages there are, they are at least less than 10 and when I told the lady about it she insulted me and got mad. If you don’t want to do the job twice, do it right the first time. I paid for sausage and where is it? You tell me?

Walked in a little after 11 to get pizza the music was blaring employees in back screaming and cussing!! Then when I was finally noticed the employee asked what I wanted I told him. He told me he wasn’t sure if they were still making specials and left to ask manager. The employee returned to tell me that they ARE still making the specials but the boss didn’t feel like making it!!!!! since he was cleaning his boss was making the pizza and it’s his call. I understand I came in late but I just got off work just wanted something quick to eat worth the money. Guess I wasn’t worth their time and my money not good enough for the company!!

I have given them 3 chances at redemption and they have failed me for the last time. I always get extra most bestest sausage and it is always the exact same. Almost a thin crust, always has almost zero pizza sauce, and always has less sausage than a regular sausage instead of more. The other stores in town must be owned by different people. I would say this is the worst one in town, but it ain’t. It’s the worst one in this whole entire state. I urge you to forego this establishment

I have issues here more often than not but still give the benefit of the doubt and order here since it’s closest to me anyways lol. I placed an order AN HOUR ago. A WHOLE HOUR ago, and I got there for them to tell me it was going to be another 10-15 minutes because they had not even started my order. They said it was because of a dinner rush. As someone who has worked in the food industry a rush should not be an issue if you can manage your time appropriately. I mean, it’s pizza not a rack of ribs. Won’t be ordering to this location until management makes some changes in regards to better time management and better customer service. If you do not want to work here, find another job lol.

Literally the worst location in town!
They are all super unprofessional, having explicit rap music blasting, getting a walk in order wrong and gives attitude when asked to be corrected. Employees playing around, on their phones, never answering the store phone, ignoring people until they feel like attending to the customers. Employees out in the back smoking and literally playing around.

I went through drive thru and paid my pizza, they said 10 minutes. Pull around the corner and we will bring it out. Waited 10 minutes . I go inside and they say 3 to 4 minutes. Then they come back out and say they gave mine away and I could wait for another to be made. Or I can have a regular pizza. Or get my money back. I got my money credit back to my card. But then proceeded to say it will be 24 before I see the credit. Incompetence at its best

Employee at the front did not even have a Uniform on, just basketball shorts and a white t-shirt. Also saw another Employee vaping in the back. I usually order from here since its close to home but every time I do there is always something missing or wrong with my order.
