Ordered a pizza and pizza puffs at around 8:30 pm, said to be delivered by door dash at 9:13 pm. Doesn’t show up by 9:25pm so I check the tracking and it was never picked up. The delivery time kept changing from 9:13 – 9:35 – 9:45 – 9:50 – 9:54. Now I’m aware the store closes at 10:00pm so I drove to the store and the items were sitting in the lil oven refrigerator thing. I explained to the worker the situation and about the delivery fee and tip I left but he just handed the food over and said I needed to get with door dash about it. I understand it isn’t his fault and I feel bad for giving him the cold attitude but I was hungry and had been waiting almost an hr and a half to eat. As I was leaving I see a car pull in to the parking lot and I had a feeling it was the door dash person but I left anyway. But then as I’m getting back to my hotel I see a txt from door dash saying my order was picked up by the Dasher and was on its way. I assume the dasher was trying to keep the delivery fee and tip I left without actually delivering the food and showing up an hr past the time. Absolutely not sir/ma’am. Only thing I blame the store for Is I ordered pepperoni puffs and the ones I got literally had zero pepperoni in them. I thought I was trippin but I ripped them all open and nothing was inside so I was disappointed about that

Manger saw me and took my pizza to the back from the portal and it was a PAYED DOORDASH ORDER and if I get ban from the app ACTION WILL BE TAKEN against this store. This is not the first time and if that’s the case they should have a better system of not letting people DoorDash after hours, because it AFFECTS MY JOB not THEIRS. mind you I only showed up after ONE MINUTE of closing.

Well, everything was nice until you could tell the lady or clerk was giving pizza to her friends for free. I told her who is he that he doesn’t even pay for the pizza. Then after that she told him to come back and pay for it. Because me and the wife had seen him walk out with the soda two liter without paying. The place won’t be around long with inside jobs like this occurring. Not to mention the bad service.

Ordered an Extra Most Bestest pizza and they don’t make them like they used to in the beginning when they first came out. Actually I’ve been to a couple of Lil Caesars and they don’t, they just charge you more and give you a regular hot n ready. At other stores I’ve asked for the personal pizza and they told me they don’t make them after lunch when I had ordered them at later time. Use to be a frequent shopper and would look for stores in any city i go to but not anymore since they just sell you whatever the heck they want.☹️

Went to order 1 hot and ready cheese pizza, the cashier rang us up for 2 but we decided what the heck we will have 1 for tomorrow then. We sat down to wait and the whole time female cashiers were back there giggling and messing around. After a good 20 minutes we got our pizzas brought them home and found that they are extremely burnt and taste like card board. Extremely not impressed with this location, very unprofessional of the staff and poor food.
