So I ordered online, ahead of time to get food fresh you know. While my email said itll be ready by 7:50 or so. Employee said she’ll bring the food when its out the oven . Waited over 20 mins to myself to go in whats going on, while my food was just seating there collecting the grease to the box .. smdh this pizza joint lost its potential man.

Concerned. I ordered two pizzas, the pretzel stuffed crust pepperoni , a pretzel crust cheese pizza and the Italian cheese bread. My smallest thing was the cheese pizza came as a stuffed crust pizza. I understand that most people would love to get that as a mistake in their order but I’m that person that only orders pizza for the crust. So the cheese pizza was for me and I couldn’t eat it. Since I got the Italian cheese bread I figured that would be fine…I’ll eat that but I noticed an off taste, i looked at the bottom of the cheese bread it was a dark gray color. Something told me to stop eating it. I put it under a light and peeled off that part of the crust and it was silver in color. Thats clearly not a natural occurring color in pizza. Im not talking about char or broiled cheese. This was inside and throughout the dough. It has a weird smell like earthy-ness and made me think of mold. I tried calling during business hours to ask and see what it could’ve been but no one answers and the message box is full. I feel anxious about it. I wouldn’t have posted this if it wasn’t for the smell,taste and not being able to talk about it with someone. Pictures posted do look more gray but it has a silver sheen or something, chemical type or bitter taste.

These guys almost never get my order right especially if I order delivery. I order from the app and get delivery and it’s like they totally ignore what toppings I choose and throw pepperonis on for no reason. I’ve called, talked to the manager, etc. but it doesn’t matter. If I contact saying the delivery order was wrong I’ve been told the best they can do is refund like 20% or something ( it’s been awhile so I can’t remember).
When the place gets my order right it can be amazing so I keep trying and they keep failing.

Ordered online using a T-Mobile deal. Got a sausage pizza and a side of crazy bread. I like the pizza here, not glamorous, but soft and tasty. Crazy bread is an ok treat, the marina sauce wasn’t good. Did the drive up window. Their speaker is out, so it took a minute but the staff was friendly. Decent low cost meal.

Ordered a hula Hawaiian and only half the pizza had ham and pineapple while the other half was cheese. Some of the pizza didn’t even have the toppings on it at all. We also got some crazy bread and they weren’t cooked all the way. Plus we didn’t get any sauce that we were supposed to get. Normally this location is good but this is not acceptable. I get people are short staffed but things like this should not happen.

I used to love this Little Ceasars cause they made the best pizza in town, and it slightly cheaper. Today I was extremely disappointed, they disappointed me last time but I thought I would give it a second chance (BTW I need to drive 20mins to get to this location and its too far for delivery) they no longer put butter on Stuffed crust, and when you ask for it they get mad and charge you $2 for it. $2 for some butter! How ridiculous. And look at the pizza I got today, this was supposed to be a treat cause I passed my exam in college. This does not look nothing like what used to get. This is not worth my 20min drive and $10. There’s literally not even cheese in there. What the hell kind of breadsticks are these.

Ever since the male employee has been there I’ve had no complaints. There is a older female employee thats gets my order wrong every time and my food is burned especially my italian cheese bread. But the male employee gets the job done, very polite, my cheese bread isn’t burned and most of all he’s genuinely happy to have a job. To that male employee, Thank you.

Just went in to Little Caesars off of 34th & Ross and got a pepperoni stuff crust pizza and this is what they gave me. All the center of the pizza was burned with no sauce, toppings, nothing. I’m not going to waste more gas going all the way back to complain. I’ll just eat the crust and not go back. It’s my fault too, should have inspected my order before leaving.
