Worst lil Caesars in Amarillo the pizza was old and dry and even the bread sticks skinny and hard it was all chewy as if you were biting into rubber. We even went inside to complain about the pizza the manager literally threw it away and gave us another old nasty pizza I wouldn’t never recommend the location on 10th and Georgia to anybody & definitely will not be going back, even the one on the blvd is way better in comparison… Ended up giving pizza and bread sticks to a homeless person.

Our server was Alma g she was completely unprofessional. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had she was rude and obviously didn’t not want to do her job. Me and my boyfriend had to tell her our order 4 different times and we only got 3 items.

I fully anticipated basic service for little Caesars pizza, but I did not get that today! This woman was so kind and for the first time she said, no problem let me make a fresh one for you! Treating the way you want to be treated is the golden rule all though most places have forgotten it. This little Caesars hard-working woman did not. ALMA IS RARE! And refreshing!

This place has been the most horrible service me and my fiancé have ever experienced.. we ordered wings brownies and asked to get a hot pepperoni pizza made fresh and that we didn’t mind waiting we got home only live 5 mins away and we were very dissapointed when we had cold old pizza seemed like they just put one of the hot and readys in the oven and heated it up.. we called multiple times no answer so we used gas going all the way back to be disappointed again only this time we were told they could not provide me with my receipt and I could not get a refund that they could only remake my pizza so we did that and waited again we came to the door they close at 10 but yett closed the doors on us at 9 so that we couldn’t point out who the employee was that took our order when the manager came to the door we pointed him out and got treated like we weren’t even customers argued with us about our food 3 young employees laughed at us and the one who was supposed to be manager laughed as well wouldn’t give us the name of that employee and shut the door in our face this place should not be ran by kids the manager never even brought our pizza there was only one employee that i believe deserves to work there he was nice enough to apologize for they’re behavior and for the service we got and bring us a new pizza. When we were going to leave one of the employees was driving out the parking lot and asked my fiancé if he had a problem so unprofessional They gave this business a bad name we will never be returning

On 07/22/25 at 8:45pm, we called an order into the Little Caesars on SW 10th. The order was confirmed back over the phone and the total was $30.xx. When we arrived at the store, the order was not correct. The man handing out the pizza was the same man that took the order over the phone and kept saying he was hard of hearing, but was able to tell me my order back over the phone. He went and got his manager, Drew. Drew tried telling us that this is what we ordered and the man kept telling him it is not correct. Drew had attitude and told the man to retake the order, but that we were going to have to wait for it. Ok. No problems. We ordered what we ordered and that’s what we want. The man retook our order and now our total is $46.xx. How did it jump $16 dollars? We placed our order, paid what they wanted and got a receipt. Upon looking at the receipt, we were charged for 4 pizzas when we only ordered 3. So here we go back to the window and asked to speak to the manager, Drew. As we were explaining that we were over charged, he is just staring at us like a deer in the headlights and not looking at what we are trying to show him. I told him to look down and follow along with the receipt instead of just looking at us. Then he gives us some bs explanation about the items on the ticket and refunded us one of the cheapest pizzas on the ticket. He wouldn’t listen to what we were trying to get clarification on and instead tells me he’s quick minded and already knows. This place is very unprofessional and the manager is not mentally capable of running a store. I will not be revisiting this establishment.

My husband went and got two pizzas one pepperoni and the other a cheese the pepperoni one had a long black hair cooked into it. Tried calling the store to let them know but no one answered. Very annoyed.

I ordered a build your own pizza online through the app. Pizza was ready when predicted. Very well made. Plenty of toppings and the worker was pleasant at the window. So I wasn’t inside to speak of the atmosphere as far as the store but everything else was great. It was so good we dug right in without taking a picture! We will return.

I had a late night at work and ordered my kids pizza to be delivered since I was not home, only to get home 20 minutes after delivery and realize my order was wrong! My kids had already started eating I called the store and Raquelle the supervisor on shift was absolutely amazing! She had me come to the store, she fixed what door dash messed up and was so sincere in helping! She is a wonderful employee!
