Just order a pizza from Little Caesars here in Hereford tx The reason why I work from the store online I said they would not use DoorDash DoorDash deliver. My order wasn’t in the bag and my food was ice cold. I’ll call the store to complain that where is this lady said it’s not my fault really how’s it? Not your fault that’s who you used to deliver your food then it is your fault. You must make your guys have DoorDash bags. Reason why I gave it a one star to let it at this restaurant was very rude. I would never order from this little Caesars ever again very unprofessional.

This places service is terrible. Food is decent. Orders always wrong or has to be some little thing wrong. It is impossible for this place to get an order 100 percent correct I believe. I wish there was a second location or just did better in general. This last time I got through door dash and I got two of the Dips that were completely wrong from what I paid for and my breadsticks did not come with marinara sauce. And the prior time my marinara sauce was half frozen. Like I said , food decent, service is terrible a second location would be a God send.

Dissatisfied. No longer giving $ to this crappy establishment. Went through drive thru and asked for a 3 meats pizza and crazy bread our order totaled $17 and some change didn’t get a receipt. Received order quick, came home opened up the box and its basic pepperoni. My husband went back because they charged us for a 3 meats. When he went he told them the issue and they asked the drive thru girl she said she looked it up and charged us for pepperoni. Our order would’ve come out to $12 if she did. As if you literally can’t look up prices on the little ceasers website and figure out what you were charged for. I don’t care if the difference was $5. WE SHOULD’VE GOTTEN WHAT WE WERE CHARGED FOR. Your employees need to take responsibility when they mess up, or better yet put someone in the drive thru that can hear what is ordered and knows how to do her job.

Had a bad experience. Ordered a large Ultimate supreme and was charged $18.87 just because I ordered it thin crust. I was charged for the thin crust then I was charged for each individual topping which came out to the total I was charged. Another man came in after me ordered a large Ultimate supreme and wings and was charged way less than me. I asked the manager in charge if he had charged me correctly and he proceeded to tell me he had. I told him it was ridiculous the amount I had been charged and he just said oh well. Just lost my business for sure.

Pizza is SOGGY. Doesn’t matter if you tell them “well done”, “extra crispy”, even “almost burned”. To pay AND wait a crazy amount of time for pizza you can’t even enjoy. I’m done with this place.

The drive through was the only thing open and I was still in line 30 minutes after the mobile order said it was ready, but they still hadn’t finished it. They asked me to pull around because part of my order was not ready but would be in 2 minutes and I did, only to sit there for 20 minutes and then get told to get back in line. I waited on my order 1.5 hours after it said it was ready. To top it off while I was in line the same thing happened to someone else but they were given their food after about 5 minutes.

I waited in line for about 15 minutes for them to tell me they ran out of pizza , it was 9:15 and said they were about to close so they weren’t making any more! They close at 10 why stop making pizza if they know they have a line of cars

Every time we order supreme pizza they are always out of green peppers. And We waited for 15 whole minutes and they end up having our order all wrong. So we have to wait another 15 minutes. I swear it can be so frustrating at times!!!
