Quick pick up on the online orders. I like the kiosk pick up. No waiting involved. In all honesty I wish they had a dine in area where we can eat, drink and have a salad bar available to choose from. Just an idea. The building next door is not being used.

Ordered online to pick up. Went to door no one would answer door. Note on door had number for door dash so they could get their orders but everyone else had to go to the long drive thru line. People were walking up to drive thru window to get orders between cars. First time back in town in long time I hope this isn’t a normal thing for the people in Del Rio.

I placed an order through the app as I always do. I went to pick it up, mind you, the order is paid for and I don’t need to interact with Little Caesars staff, simply punch in my code and retrieve my order. The front door was locked and a sign stating “DRIVE THRU ONLY”. AND the line at the drive-thru was looking. So much for convenience.

Everytime I order from drive-thru, the mostest pre-cooked pizzas are always too old, barely warm and also looking over cooked with burnt crispy cheese bubbles as well as chewey. Other than that, they have friendly service and delicious tasting pizza. I will not give up on my favorite pizza place but I will definitely be waiting 15mins for a fresh pizza instead of accepting the pre-cooked pizzas in the warmer.

I was in a hurry, hungry and had the app on my phone. So, I ordered a pizza. The crust tasted like any frozen pie you might buy in a supermarket. At least they weren’t stingy with the toppings! I only managed to eat two slices before depositing the remainder in a trash can.

Horrible experience. Called in an order at 10 pm. Was in the drive thru till 10:40 then when we pulled up to the window they didn’t have our order ready. We were here till 11. Hot and ready took over an hour to be ready. Then employee said she sold our order because we took too long to pick it up giving us attitude. Umm we were waiting for ever in the drive thru line because every vehicle was at the window for almost 20 minutes each. Pizza was ok but not worth waiting an hour for.
