I use to avoid this Little Caesars because the wait times were long and the quality wasn’t very great. I stopped by a couple weeks ago on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was attentive, I didn’t have to wait long for my order, and the pizza was amazing. I’ve come back a couple times since then and have noticed a shift in the quality of service and food. Whatever you guys are doing keep doing it!

Ruined a little girls birthday. I placed an order a week in advance for 4 pizzas for my daughter’s 4th birthday party at the thinkery in Austin. The delivery driver feom door dash arrived with 2 pizzas. I contacted the store and was met with an arogant, rude incompetent individual who balmed the issue on door dash. NO. I paid YOUR store. I ordered on YOUR website. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure the correct order arrives. No alternative solution was provided. No accountability was taken and a young girl was unable to have pizza with her friends. You guys clearly did not care and you do not deserve to be employed.

Went in at 11:05 am. 5 minutes after they opened looking to get a lunch combo. Once again, none are hot and ready to go. I made the decision to wait the 10 minutes they told me it would take to make it. 25 minutes later, it came out, and I made the fatal mistake. Trusting the pizza would be up to expectations. This is what I received, disappointment… I’ve never left a review about poor service, but I couldn’t hold this one back. The service sucks. The quality sucks. Half the overhead lights don’t work, and the door is broken. I’m never coming back to this location ever again. Regret spending as much as I have here.

Always get my favorite Spinach Alfredo with chicken (extra). Customer service relaxed/good, ambience of store is, TV’s on, games a little noisy but all in all is good, they need to pick up the unclean tablets so customer’s can have a place to seat. Again all’s good here

Placed an order on the app. Super easy, and applied a discount that was offered. Picked up the pizzas from their Pizza Portal. Fresh, hot, and delicious. The location could do with some cleaning and working doors.

I wish i could give half a star or no star. Terrible app, terrible service. Ordered a pizza online for ease. Was told my order is ready but when I arrived I still had to wait for my order. After getting my order my pizza was burnt. No care or effort made. When I came back to get it fix the guy behind the counter took my vox to the back and threw it away amd the box down with anger.
As well as waiting for my new pizza to finally be made I notice that none of the cooks preparing the food, even the “new” manager isn’t wearing any gloves amd just touching things with no care at all. Even tho she was just sayiny she has to follow protocols.

The grab and go pizzas are typically good and fresh–just need to be there at the right time. Same goes for the breadsticks.
The pizzas are of decent quality. Good amount of cheese and adequate toppings. The cheesy bread has terrific seasoning and a lot of gooey cheese.
The problem with this store is location. Parking is rough in front of the store and the parking lot tends to have unpredictable drivers.

This place for some reason is always packed.. they have no idea what fast and good service is.. you will wait an extra 30 minutes for your food no matter when you order. And there is never hot and ready pizza to go.
