Ordered an ITALIAN cheese bread and I’m positive it was already sitting for awhile due to the butter not even melting. It took 30+ minutes til I got ONE pepperoni pizza and some bread…I’ve ordered from here many times, but these last few yrs have gone so down hill. Especially the service and how slow they are getting HOT N READY pizzas out. This establishment is one of the worst I’ve been to. The front lady though, deserves a raise for handling the amount of people she had to tell they had to wait 20-30 minutes for pizza.

I had a very disappointing experience tonight. The service on the night shift was terrible—I waited over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When I finally received my order, the pizza was not fully cooked; the dough was still raw in places. Unfortunately, my child ate some before I realized, which is extremely concerning and unacceptable.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this location. Poor service combined with unsafe food preparation is simply not okay. I truly hope management takes this seriously and improves both their customer service and food quality.

Made an online order, portal was down and whoever was working tonight act like they didn’t see me and then on top of that I ordered extra cheese on my stuffed crust pizza (got charged for it) and didn’t get extra cheese, and on top of that this is how I got my deep dish. Just a friendly reminder why I never get little Ceasers.

My kid comes and ask what is for lunch. He suggests pizza and we start looking around at pizza deals. I grew up on Little Caesars Pizza and my son had not had it in awhile, so we decide to order. I jump on the app and order. I order a large pepperoni for him and the crazy puffs party pack. I order the pizza and headed over to pick it up. The pizza tracker in the app is a great idea, but you continually have to pull down to refresh it. You get an idea of when your pizza will be ready, but that is not an exact science. I had hoped that maybe I might get a text message that my pizza was ready for pick up, but did not even get that. As you walk in, there is no one to be found. There are 2 employees in back. There are 2 guys just waiting in the corner and another guy that walked in behind me. Supposedly, I was supposed to got the headed pick up box, see my name listed and pick up my pizza. I did not see my name anywhere, even though I could see an order in the slot. I had to stand at the register where I heard this woman’s voice from the back, “I will be right there.” You would think they would be paying more attention to which customers are coming in and what not. I ask for my pizza and she pulls it from the “pizza portal”. She says, “Oh, I need to get you your cookie.” She goes to the back grabs and slides it on my pizza box. Thanks? There was no greeting, no thank you, no nothing. You would think this lady would put forth a tad bit more effort other than feeling like i was wasting her time. Also, why have a “pizza portal” if I can not even get my pizza? If I saw my name, I could have grabbed it and moved on. I still would have had to wait for the cookie, but might have made it a little easier.
The pepperoni pizza is what you expect, cheap, skimpy on the toppings. The crust tasted like it was supposed to be cinnamon sticks, as it had a sweet, cinnamon flavor to it. Perhaps someone did not clean between making pies? Pepperonis were small, sauce was tasty, they were very sparse on cheese. I guess that is what you get for ordering from this place. This is NOT the Little Caesars I remember. The Pizza Puffs were good. I got a 3 pack that came 4 to a box and got 3 boxes. They were a tad bit better than the pizza by itself. The Cookie was a pre wrapped cookie that was made offsite. It is NOT worth the almost $5 they want for it.
Overall, it was a disappointing visit. I guess I should have looked over the reviews before coming here because apparently I am not the only one that thinks this place is missing the mark.

Looking to wait an hour for a pizza? Wanting to get frustrated when your online order says it’s complete only for you to wait around half an hour? Want to deal with utter incompetence? Then have I got the pizza joint for you!
This place is just bad. I don’t know if it’s mismanaged or they’re short staffed or high constantly but you won’t have a wait less than half an hour. Maybe more.
Trying to combat this by ordering online is futile. I think the waiting is part of the experience or something. Never again for me.

Food Isnt the same anymore dry as can be and Marinara Cup barley anything in it. So Stingy and Rude Service today towards myself and another Customer . Happy the Pizza was cut for once .

This location has gone downhill through the years. They never have pizzas ready. So whats the point of the hot and ready. Always have people waiting and if you don’t pick up your pizza within a few minutes of it bing ready they will literally give to anyone who is waiting even if you ordered ahead. I have had that happen to me twice, I was literally standing in line waiting after I had told them I was there to pick up. The last time my crazy bread was hard as a rock. The portal rarely works. I always order ahead, it said it was loaded in at 637. I show up at 645, there are 6 other customers waiting. The portal is not working so I have to wait in line. The employee would come help one person and disappear back into the back. At least 4 workers all chit chatting, could see one of the guys eating a slice of pizza while brushing the bread. Another employee came up to ask one of the customers for the third time about his order, I had to stop her as she turned away to disappear behind again to get my order out of the portal.
Again it was loaded at 637pm, I arrived at 645pm finally walked out with it at 708pm.
No words just handed me the order and walked away.

I ordered pizza from DoorDash we all were too tired to cook my daughter took a bite of the pizza and felt something cut her she pulled out a huge pice of glass from inside the pizza covered in sauce and cheese I called and asked to speak to a manager and he told me to call back tomorrow since they are already closed the worst experience ever please make sure you are looking at what u are eating very carefully would not want this to happen to anyone else .

“You are gonna be Pissed” The Pizza is Sloppy, Stale and Thrown together just like the Employees. Although I called in my order for Freshness.. The Pizza was still “Cheeseless”, Stale tasting and burnt looking. With all the Necessities, these People still do not know how to cook or care about preparing a Pizza. They will waste your time and Gas Money playing like they know how to. In addition, So called “Management” is as Immature & Unprofessional as they come. Never eat Here! They need to Shutdown. Kyle deserves better. Pizza Hut is Cheaper!
