I am so tired of ordering jacked up food from here. Half the time the cheese doesn’t even cover the pizza and sauce. Also the sauce cups are either 1/2 full and being charged full price. Let’s also talk about this pretzel crust pizza we got, and they literally made a regular pizza and threw salt on the crust. Like honestly? Stop taking my money and screwing me over. I’m so done with it. We already make less money with this economy and pay either more for food, or the same but the quality gets worse and worse. Management is absolute trash if they constantly allow this. Will be making a report to corporate.

Pale deep dish pizza with so little cheese that the pepperonis fall off everywhere. This is nothing close to Detroit style. Ordered directly from their website. They use door dash. If you want a cold, pale pizza then this is the place for you. I won’t be a returning customer.

Waited for 15 minutes and never got back to me no customer in the store for a while then the place filled up . I could hear everything! Hung up. Called back and got a recording about no mailbox set up! Left !!!

On Feb 13, 2023, I purchased a pizza order from the Little Caesar’s Buda Tx location via the app. It accepted my credit card payment, and when I arrived to pick up the order, the manager on duty said they were unable to fill any orders for a few hours and that I should return later in the day for the order. I explained to this manager that I was passing through and could not return later for my order. I requested a refund. She said this location does not refund customers and that she was never trained on how to give refunds for credit card purchases. I said I find that hard to believe and again requested a refund and her name. She said employees at this location are not allowed to give their names or business phone numbers for any employees. I said I don’t believe that either. I then called their business number from their website for placing orders and her coworker answered the phone , “little Caesar’s pizza, this is Mariah, how may I help you.” I then asked Mariah for the managers name, the manager quickly told Mariah to hang up the phone. She did. Furthermore, this very uncooperative, lying, deceitful manager refused to accept my request for an equal value in bottles of soda so I could at least walk away with something for the money they owed me. She refused and said they cannot do that either. I will contact other little Ceasar locations in that area to see how I can follow up with actions against this manager. What a horrible experience and manager at little Caesar’s Buda.
