Got charged , cashier did a mistake on register. Called manager. Supervisor. And nobody was able to help. I paid and still didn’t receive my food all because a mistake a cashier did on her end and all i got told is i will get my money back 10 days, no receipt. No professionalism into fixing the problem, Easy way out for them was to void my order. Which i did not ask to get voided. Spent 30 minutes there waiting for them to fix their issue which i had nothing to do with, to end with nothing on the hands. Ridiculous.

Seems the Las Milpas location is unfamiliar with how to make a “Stuffed Crazy Crust” They get the “Stuffed” part right at least, but completely forget the “Crazy” part(Garlic Butter sauce+Parmesan) I have ordered that Pizza there multiple times on different days and always the same outcome. Meanwhile other locations have no problems and serve the pizza as intended 100%

Terrible service 09/29/24 5:20p.m. Two young ladies getting orders wrong & my order was made & didn’t call on me, another client was angry because her order wasn’t even made & she was waiting for over 20 mins, those 2 girls don’t know how to treat clients nor work in an environment as Little Caesars which is fast and having to be sharp.

The customer service SUCKS!! I ordered a pizza got it delivered and the sent the wrong pizza! Then the mgr argues w me about their mistake and blamed door dash . They put the wrong pizza in the box come on! DO better n don’t argue w your customers! Especially when your WRONG! I’ll never order from there again!
