Store full, no customer service since every employee is in the kitchen. Delivery drivers are delayed and no one answers the phone. Clearly the store is trying to save money by not hiring staff and we all pay the consequences. I honestly do not recommend this place unless you have at least 30 minutes to wait.

No customer service, we ordered at 9:40pm didn’t get our order til 30-40 min later.
Food sucked. Workers were moving around like chickens without heads. Not taking care of orders the right way. Just jumping the line to whoever complained about the waiting time. After they finally gave me my order the pizza was burnt. Cheese was so crunchy.. pepperoni pizza was raw… the only fresh thing was the breads ticks. All terrible service.. no communication. Needs better management. They were either shortstaffed or something. I dont blame them I blame the management. They should do better at training their employees.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 hot and readys, along with some crazy breads. This is the second time I noticed that they give me and charge me for the EMB pepperoni pizza even though that’s not the one I asked for. When I asked the cashier she stated that she was trained to give everyone the EMB pepperoni cause not only was it a dollar more but cause it had more pepperoni. That they consider the EMB Pepperoni pizza as the hot and ready and if I want the cheaper hot and ready that I have to say classic hot and ready, instated but I didn’t say I wanted the EMB pizza you just took it upon yourself to add it and give me that one and she dated that she was trained that way. So then I said so you all are charging people for a pizza that cost a dollar more even though the client didn’t ask for it. It’s crazy how they are tricking people in buying the more expensive pizza and not even telling customers, most people don’t check the receipt and just drive away.. and then to top it all off the added so many taxes now.. like WTH!!

Ordered my food online, arrived at estimated time and was not ready they hadn’t even made it. One a hot and ready the other extra most bestest. Both were identical. So much disorganization it hurt my brain, and customer service was non existent!!

It is not our fault that you are not happy with your job. You dont need to treat people bad. I waited patiently more than 30 minutes in line to order. I treated you with respect and i expect that in return. I know it can be stressful, but dont take it on the customer. I hope you can find a job where you are happy.

Every single time I pull up, I tell them my order through the intercom, and then two seconds later at the window they hit me with, “What was your order?” Like, be for real — did we just have a whole conversation for fun? It’s giving “I wasn’t listening at all.” The food’s mid, the service is clueless, and honestly the only thing hot and ready here is my patience running out.

Gave me a smashed pizza & on the other as soon as I picked up a slice EVERYTHING on the top fell off. & when I’m trying to call to tell them that they need to pay attention to the pizza’s they hand out they don’t answer. The line sounds busy. For over 30min. Don’t recommend this one. Go to the one on la Homa. Better service & pizza there.
