An interesting surprise.
In Mexico, it’s kinda normal Little Ceasars are the least option as the pizzas are full of fats and 0% hot.
Absolutely different comparing to this branch in USA, as the pizza kept hot like 20 minutes, the cheese was delicious and the bread felt crunchy.
I’d buy it again!!

This place has completely lost its touch. I used to come here because it was fast and the pizza was consistently good. That is no longer the case.
The quality has gone downhill significantly. The last order I received was supposed to be a cheese pizza, but it was mostly sauce with barely any cheese—and to make it worse, the order was incorrect. When I tried to get it fixed, the response was disappointing. Instead of correcting the mistake, they offered the bare minimum replacement, something I didn’t even order.
Customer service is just as bad as the food quality now. Trying to escalate the issue to corporate was a waste of time. There was no accountability, no effort to make it right, and no sense that they actually care about the customer experience.
This location, and the company as a whole, clearly doesn’t value quality or its customers anymore. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent pizza or basic customer service.

Made a late night order. Go the message my pizza was ready 4 min. Before they closed. Got there and it was pitch black dark. Tried calling to get a refund or reorder and general manager said he couldn’t do anything. Not really a money thing, just the fact that service here has always been poor.
We host athletic booster meetings and buy a large quantity from this place regularly, but even then, the service is poor and it’s never made on time.
Point is, I personally will not be buying from this certain little ceasars anymore, I can say the same for our boosters club.
Again, not a premise on the cost since it was a T-Mobile promotion, it’s about the aspect of customer service.

Coming to get a classic and the lady tells me it’s gonna take 25 minutes to half an hour to get my pizzas. Unbelievable! I came yesterday for a classic and the man with tattoos gave me an ETA of 7-12 minutes fresh ! how did we go from 12 minutes to half an hour. I understand everybody wants to go home but to lie to my face so she didn’t have to bake my pizza it’s unbelievable and ridiculous! definitely not coming back to this little Caesars!

Bad experience got denied service by “manager Rosie or Rose “ due to after waiting in the drive thru window for almost 6 minutes and couldn’t see anyone close by I honked. She came with an attitude of why I honked and said that she was already coming. Very rude person… too bad for her that’s not the only store that sells pizza. I guess with her there they will keep losing customers.

Ordered a pretzel crust pizza, and other little caesars have just made it with normal pizza dough and made sloppy. Here at this location though, they made it perfect! The person who made the pizza was a nice young woman named Mia. 10/10 if you want to go to a lil Caesar’s, go to this one over the others in the area ffs

I had never been to this particular Little Caesars and when I arrived there was no customers there so I thought nice,no wait time .So Placed my order grabbed a 2 liter pepsi from the fridge which cost a ridiculous $3.99,for a 2 liter pepsi that’s crazy.Anyways no sooner had i placed my drink on the counter when an employee from behind quickly came and literally threw (albeit lightly,but still threw) my pizza on the counter and then quickly walked away. So obviously this pizza was sitting under a warmer and was not even fresh.It seems to me that the employees enjoy when there’s no customers so that they can focus on themselves.Its no wonder why there was no customers at this location. Stay away from this particular location.Its the one on shary in the little plaza.
