If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service ever. The Manager Janine Lopez is incompetent, and doesn’t know how to speak to customers. I waited over 30 minutes in line. I even ordered online while waiting. When getting to the window, the puffs were not ready, and she told me i had to move. She was upset because they had called her into the store because they were short staffed. She canceled my order, and pretty much told me to leave. I asked for the corporate number, and she told me to look for it online. Little Ceasers please do better, and hire people who like what they do, and can offer good customer service.

The worst service!!! The worst pizza!!I have never been to a place so horrible the service was awful it took and hour to get our pizzas with a drink then they where cold and nasty not even my dog could eat them!!! Forgot my drink was so incompetent!! Do not recommend this place don’t waist your time or money!! I had to give one star but in reality I would’ve given a negative!!!

The worst I’ve ever had at this location. Called in my order. They told me 10 minutes. Got there in 10 minutes. Paid. Told me it wasn’t ready. They would bring it out to me. Waited about 25 minutes. We’ve inside. Still wasn’t ready. Finally after i got it, from the time i called to the time i left, 50 minutes.

Poor location! Classic hot & ready are “Hot* but not ready you have to wait for the pizza in the parking lot. And the Stuffed Crazy Bread… well.. It’s just bread. They gave me the wrong order so i had to drive back, if I knew they looked like this I would have preferred my money back.

I ordered a cheese stuffed pretzel crust pepperoni pizza…I got a cheese stuffed regular pizza w salt in the crust. Called and Ernesto proceeded to call me a liar and say if you bring it back and it’s up to my standards I can’t do nothing for you. UNBELIEVABLE LOOK AT THE PICS OF WHAT WAS ORDERED AND WHAT WAS GIVEN. THANKS FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE ERNESTO.

Waited 10 minutes in the front for someone to take my order no one wanted to take my order!! When I spoke up the lady was rude and just rolled her eyes the whole time! I just left never had this type of experience at a little Caesars before!!
