Don’t answer their phone I tried to call to cancel my order sadly I ordered to the wrong location it took me 8 tries finally got them on the phone manager didn’t want to help me out she hung up on me and I went in person and she did not want to talk to me she looked at me with a blank face horrible customer service no help and don’t answer their phone

Ordered stuffed crust pepperoni and italian cheesy bread. Cheesy bread was burnt to a crisp and they gave it to me KNOWING they burned it. The pizza was like warm. They didn’t put it in the warm to keep it fresh and hot. Online pickup said 5:44 and I arrived there at 5:38! No reason it should of been cold. After having bad experiences the past several months with Little caesars on 499 loop in Harlingen,Tx I decided I will stick with the frozen pizzas from HEB. If it looks bad why do they serve it to the customer! ANOTHER reason why i will not tip ordering online!

Every time I come to this specific location they never have hot n readys ready to order they always have you wait 10-15 minutes but the kicker today was that you couldn’t even order because he assumed it was too much of a wait time due to the online orders he was receiving in the store and he was too backed up. I’ve given this place multiple tries but it’s always the same employees that never have anything ready and are always running behind!

Won’t ever buy pizza at this location again! Fairly regular customer. Lousy management & service. Asked for a couple extra pizza boxes. Needed them to ship a couple of items as they were perfect size. Wouldn’t even sell them to me. Dense girl just smiled and said she couldn’t sell them to me. Used to have a good manager a few months back. Seems like “kids” are now in charge and running the show into the ground! The last online included crazy bread. I show up and young girl upfront said they’re out of crazy bread. Wasn’t at the end of the night, so not sure why they weren’t making more. No excuse was given other than they were out. Not sure who’s running it now but need to bring back the former manager (maybe owner). He was awesome! This location has lost my business and potential referrals! Given we live right around the corner the neighborhood nearby will know how bad this location has gone downhill! Speaks volumes the company doesn’t respond to any reviews to try to resolve their less than stellar reputation!

I waited for about 10 minutes for my order, only to find out that it had been given to another customer. After that, I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for my order to be remade. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the “Hot and Ready” promise that your establishment offers.
I understand that mistakes happen, but I believe it’s important to ensure that orders are managed efficiently to avoid such situations in the future.
