This is the 3rd time they dont have ranch. Last 2 times I let it go… this time, wasn’t going to let it go. I ordered online because my card is saved so when I found out they didn’t have ranch, it just wanted the refund for the ranch. Now, dont get me wrong, she was pleasant but how do you think im going to stand in the lobby to wait for you to get the other customers because your store doesnt have ranch? I HATE cold pizza. Standing for 10 mins holding my order for you to finish with everyone else, who came in after me, is ridiculous. Then she had some guy come “help” me. After 5 mins he informed me he voided the whole order and needs my card to charge it again without the ranch. He didn’t speak to me once… not hi. Not im sorry. So when I told him I dont have the card to recharge he said thats all he can do. By this time the lobby is clear and the lady comes back looks up the whole order again and calls some other kid. 4 more mins and im done. I’ve been at work since 730am. I havent eaten. And now, I’ve been standing in the lobby holding my order feeling it get cold…. and the last kid is on his cell phone trying to figure out what to do…. here’s a suggestion. LEARN HOW TO ORDER SO YOU DONT RUN OUT! I left without my food. They can have it. Im sure they will enjoy it either way. I mean, they have their crew sitting eating food right infront of everyone anyway. Lost me as a customer. Thanks

Avoid this store man, waited +10mins for 1 Detroit mix and still, just one. Then they stuffed my order in the warmer, got another order ready, then got mine out and gave it to me ya when I was the first to pay and order infront. Everyone but the clerk just hated clocking in it looked like and they weren’t helping each other out for nothing. This order was not for me and was so tempted to just ask for a refund and go to NOLANA STORE cause they are 1000% faster.

First time coming here and last! Never had a bad experience with little caesars. I always go to the one in closner and Monte cristo. I order the crazy combo and they where hard and stale like they had been sitting there for days. And pizza was old too it was like we where eating cardboard. The crazy bread we threw in the trash. Never again waste of money.

I visited Little Caesars at 10 PM, an hour before closing, and was disappointed by the lack of service. I wanted to order a Three Meat Pizza and some Crazy Puffs, fully willing to wait and pay, but was told I could only purchase what was already available—which was just the Most Bestest pizza.
I took what was there, but by the time I got home, the pizza was stale, likely having sat for who knows how long. It’s frustrating that I was willing to give you more business, yet I was refused service. How do you expect to make a profit if you’re not willing to sell food to paying customers?
If closing early is the policy, that should be made clear. Otherwise, I’d hope for better customer service in the future.
