The food is great ! Spot on every time
But the wait it horrible
I order my mobile order for the drive through and I always arrive maybe 10-15 min late
Usually cause I’m coming from work
I expect it to be ready
Everytime it’s not
Even though the app says it’s done
So here I am waiting even longer for an order that’s been ready for 15 + minutes and end up home maybe 30 minutes later. Staff is nice though

Terrible service from team member and manager. I asked for a lunch combo and extra marinara sauce but after waiting 10 minutes only got the small deep dish. When I went inside to get the coke and pay for the marinara sauce I got charged $6 for both because he said he couldn’t hear that I asked for a lunch combo and that it wasn’t his fault. So I ended up paying double because “it wasn’t his fault”. When I asked for the manger she came walking towards me already laughing at the situation and after explaining what happened to her she said “so what’s the problem” and the team member continued to argue with me. I was in no mood to argue or get anything in return I just wanted to address the situation but it’s clear no one there really cares, I left with a manager laughing at the situation and a team member so mad he stormed off to the back. It’s clear this location shows no accountability.

I’ve been to this pizza place several times, but over time the quality has really gone downhill. The pizza used to taste much better, but lately they’ve been skimping on the tomato/pizza sauce or marinara sauce, leaving it mostly tasting like bread and cheese. On top of that, I’ve noticed that the guys behind the counter are always working hard, while the girls often just stand around, ignoring customers or staring at the wall. It really affects the overall experience. Hopefully, they can improve both the flavor and the service soon.

Worse service I’ve had from this place ever. I put in an order online for the cheesy puffs, spent over and hr waiting for my order so I went inside and spoke with the manager when she told me my order was barely going to get started, that was an 1 1/2 waiting for an order of cheesy puffs. Management needs to learn to manage time and orders better.

The pizza is really good when it’s fresh out of the oven. I personally don’t like it cold. This location gets busy often, however the staff handles the rush. I get pizza here often. The staff is the best as well as the food. I’ve been to at least a dozen other Little Caesar’s in the RGV, and this is the best bar none!

Went thru the drive thru around 9:30pm to order crazy puffs and they told me they only had 1 order of them and I kindly asked them if they could make some more, I was patient enough. And they told me no they couldn’t. So I ordered them only and two of them didn’t even have cheese or pepperoni, this was ridiculous. The two girls that were there were rude and they ignored me. I waited in the lobby to pick up my order for 10 minutes and there was no one there.

N what irks me the most..I asked 3 times for it to be double cut please..3 times..n what do I get when I get home..Full yucky tasting pizza..No wonder I hadn’t gone in months..Maybe that’s why I was shocked when she said $7 n change..Wasn’t it $5.50 ..that’s how long its been…Never again!!

Spent over 25 minutes on an order that should’ve been ready. Staff was just laughing and chatting amongst themselves. Cars were bumper to bumper and a huge line inside. After waiting those 25 minutes, my order wasn’t even done correctly and was pulled way too soon and was very doughy.
