Pizza was good of course. Unfortunately the wait time was 20 min as they just had 1 left hot and ready available. Not sure if it was just a busy day or if it is usually like this all the time. I would like to know if it is always like this, probably find a different location next time?

Placed an order at this location. I took my time to come get it, waited till I got the email, and they still didn’t have it ready. Said I had to wait 15 more minutes. So more than an hour for 6 pizzas. There’s no place to park and their parking is full of potholes. So disappointing there.

I had ordered through the app. The app usually lets you know when it’s ready to pick up. But it took longer the usual. 35 mins later I drove up to see if they had it ready. Got there trusting my pizza was going to be fresh when it usually is. Got home wife’s upset. Looks like old reheated pizza. Went back to see if they can just exchange it for some fresh ones. They said they couldn’t,that I was the one that came late. So they tossed it back to me. I told them the app hadn’t advise me that it wasn’t ready. He said he couldn’t help me. So I was upset. They couldn’t do me the favor of giving me a fresh pizzas. When it’s the company’s pizza not the Manager or Employees pizza. Not coming out of there pocket. So I don’t see what was the issue. So I just told the employee to just give me a refund. That the money would be deposited back to my card. Never going to this location again. Bad service, bad management. Couldn’t even make it right for me.

ordered pretzel crust, i got the saltiest pizza known to man and they decided to skimp out on giving me any tomato sauce at all. it was just a unedible salty cheese bread with pepperoni, almost felt like they messed it up on purpose because they had to actually work for once

5 stars on The crust alone it is neither too soft nor too crunchy. Perfect amount of cheese. The cheese tastes good. The sauce tastes excellent! you get more than what you pay for imo

If you’re looking for top quality Little Caesars pizza in Brownsville, then this location is absolutely NOT the one to go to. The crust is poorly made most of the time and they hardly ever give the correct order. Highly DO NOT recommend.
