I remember more than anything that the crazy bread was the most delicious part of going to little ceasars. I’ve been going lately and every single time I open the crazy bread it’s bone dry with no flavor. I’m not sure if this is just an Alamo thing but it’s pretty sad considering that it’s been the new normal for months.

Ordered from this location twice. First time I asked for a fresh pizza but upon opening the box not even 10 minutes later it was cold and hard. Second time, we got the pizza like this, a huge chunk of cheese and pepperoni missing in the middle. Never ordering from here again.

Props to the young man handling the front desk during a bussy bussy day, went in for pizza @ 1pm today and regardless of the great amount of ppl walking in, he handled every customer with respect and in a timely manner! will be contacting corporate. first off they have their music super loud, the cashier couldn’t hear me when i asked for one pizza so he charged two of them. when i told him i asked for one he was nice enough to fix the mistake. that cashier has always been so sweet and helpful unlike the “manager” who was very rude. the guy in front of me was trying to use a gift card and it wouldn’t go through, the cashier was trying to help out but couldn’t figure out what the problem was so got the manager to “help”. she was very rude to the guy, he asked her if she could do it manually and she said “NO, you can try swiping the card multiple times until it asks YOU to input it manually, i mean if you want to waste your time doing that go ahead”. she was very rude, i left very disappointed and sad because the cashier is so nice and gets treated like he’s nothing and because of the lack of manners a GROWN lady who they call manager has.

I ended up waiting around 20 minutes for a regular pepperoni pizza and Crazy Bread several people who came in after me got their orders before I did.
When I finally got my food, the Crazy Bread was from the same tray that had been sitting out since I walked in . I only checked because I’ve gotten cold bread from this location before, and unfortunately it happened again. I opted for a refund and just left but was a waste of my time won’t be returning thankfully there’s a Peter piper next door

[Must read]I called ahead and ordered showed up at the store all they had was the order slip not the pizza that I ordered and they didn’t have any to go pizzas or crazy bread and was one guy up front that was working really hard and all the rest of the people in the back , God only knows what they were doing. I ordered online, but when I arrived pizza wasn’t ready. For what I heard, they forgot to make my order. It took 42 minutes from the time my order was placed to the time I got my pizza. My order was a custom pizza, but when I got home the ingredients were not properly placed, the crust was about the size of my hand.

This is not the one sitting there on the rack already made we waited an extra 20 minutes to have them made freshly and yet this is what we get, i ask for it to be remade and was told to wait 30 minutes (no) we left with a toasted pizza wich we got home and no one wanted to eat it had to go somewhere else
