Asked my boyfriend to grab me a pizza from here as it’s always our comfort spot but for some reason the three workers were being racist and discriminatory towards him because of his preferred language. He began his order in Spanish and the worker with a very heavy build didnt understand him which is perfectly okay, however he went and told another person that my boyfriend “spoke Taco Bell” and he needed to take the order, they were very rude and rushing towards him and there just wasn’t an ounce of customer service, when I went to ask the manager or the “team lead” they all pretty much said that the guy who said that already left (the guy who took the order?? So how was he the one who said he spoke Taco Bell if he was the one that was translating) so not only did they blame an innocent employee they practically shooed us out because they were annoyed that we would be offended over RACISM. As a franchise located in McAllen, Texas where most residents are Spanish speaking it would be a little bit more wiser to invest in employees that won’t be racist to your main demographic, really disappointing to see this all happen over a pizza, I understand that heavy boy might’ve had Taco Bell on his mind but that gave him no excuse to be racist

I went to the Little Caesars at this location to buy a regular Hot-N-Ready pizza. When I got there, I asked for the Hot-N-Ready, and the cashier, María O (as shown on the receipt), charged me for the ExtraMostBestest pizza instead. I noticed right away because the price was different from the regular Hot-N-Ready.
I told her, “Did you charge me for the ExtraMostBestest? I asked for the Hot-N-Ready,” and she responded in a rude manner: “Both are Hot-N-Ready, ma’am. That’s the price of the pizza.”
I used to work at Little Caesars a couple of years ago, so I know the difference in prices. I let her know, and she replied again with a bad attitude: “You didn’t specify. That’s a Classic pizza, not Hot-N-Ready.”
But anyone who’s worked there knows that people commonly refer to the Classic pizza as the “Hot-N-Ready.” It’s always been that way.
Then she started talking to her coworker about me, saying how customers always ask for the wrong pizza. I find it very disrespectful to speak about a customer like that, especially right in front of them. Also, it’s not okay to charge someone for a different item than what they asked for — that’s misleading and possibly illegal.
She was about to give me the Classic pizza while charging me for the ExtraMostBestest without my consent.

Went to pick up a hot & ready and was given a pizza that had been there for a good while, dry & crust was a bit hard. Make sure you all order fresh pizza when going to this location.

Lady in the front was nice but they tried to pass off normal unproofed dough as a pretzel crust without telling me. Not only that but it was very thin. Go to another location
