If I could give 0 stars I would. Tonight was the absolute WORST. I ordered a hot n ready thin crust via drive thru and after paying I got the receipt at 7:47pm a couple of minutes later I was asked to park in the front and when I asked how long the wait would be I was told exactly “3 minutes” 10x the wait I called the store at 8:17pm and advised them I had been waiting for 30 minutes already and was put on hold then someone else came on the line and I had to explain myself again. The person I spoke to said “I can give you free breadsticks” and when I asked him “so the pizza was never made” he responded “we’re making the pizza right now” I told him ” I was lied to when she told me 3 minutes, we were forgotten about, the pizza was never made, and I can’t get down because I have my two little children with me and one of them is a baby. Instead of breadsticks may I have a drink please because I’m thirsty” he got quiet and his exact words were “unfortunately I can’t do that” breadsticks cost more then a 20oz and 2 liter. After being on the phone for 6 minutes with two different people I was issued a refund and was shortrted 5 cents. What are the chances of me still getting the pizza had I been short 5 cents. As a mother I left with tears in my eyes because my child wanted pizza and here he was eating a whole hour later after having to go else where. Tonight was completely unacceptable and not one apology was given.

We wanted to get the stuffed pretzel crust pizza but they told us they don’t do pretzel crust stuffed. I was confused because I thought I saw it on the app. I went to wait in my car looked on the app and they do sell it. I came back in to pick it up and I heard them talking in the back and they do have it. Was disappointing. As someone who works in food/customer service being too lazy to want to make the biggest thing on your menu is kinda just not right.

Terrible terrible pizza looks the picture in the reviews. Ordering online zero, service zero and quality one. They need to update their website for ordering online، it’s terrible for online ordering and options are limited. No timing for ASAP, it might get more than one hour.

Went in and they didn’t have anything ready. I inquired about wait as I just got off work and wanted a quick option. They said approx 7 min wait and I agreed. 45 mins later I inquired if my order was ready as more and more people are standing around and front worker keeps taking more orders but no one is cranking out any orders. I didn’t get acknowledgment after I paid I had to go to counter and ask or I’m sure I would have been there even longer. That’s when I was told one of my pizzas has been done and I had a wait still on the other one. I was so frustrated I asked if I couldn’t get my pizzas I would just like a refund. They gave me two pizzas and sent me on my way. Almost an hr stop was not worth it. There were other people who were there the same time saying they had made orders 1.5 hrs ago and were in there waiting and even a customer who came in and did the code only to not have correct items in the box. So needless to say very bad taste in my mouth. I will not be going back to this location anymore too time consuming and apparently not stocking up during peak times and not staffed appropriately to handle demand/orders.

Nothing is ever “hot and ready”. Drive thru takes forever and then when you do finally order they make you park in the front and wait some more. Never any parking so we know they won’t find our vehicle end up having to get down. Ridiculous.

Alright customer service. Waited more than 30•minutes just to get a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and an order of wings. Don’t know why they’re call hot and ready but you still gotta wait 30•minutes to get it. On the other hand pizza was good and wings were delicious!

For having the tag line “Hot n Ready” they don’t seem to live up to what they preach. Last week it took me over 15 minutes for 2 “Hot n Readys,” ironic. 2nd, went today at 6:00 pm the doors were locked employees inside and no one came to unlock it. The hours of operation sign said they close at 10pm today. I guess this particular franchise doesn’t like my money and I will be going else where from now on.
