Messed up on my online order by missing a section of cheese then i call no one answer so i let ir keep ringing on the drive back over there to speak to them in person and sure enough when i walk into there establishment with me trying to get someone to answer my call for 25 minutes i see their phone light is just blinking my the ringer os muted cause im still on my phone with no answer that being said i asked the guy do yall not answer phones here ‘he was nice’ but his reply was basically we let the automated system take care of call which in situation like this automated calls cant help you get a remake done so thay being all said he asked if he wants me to remake it and i said yes he said 20 minutes i said ok i wait that whole time get my pizza just to find out they forgot the pepperonis ….fml the pizza was all pepperoni half mushrooms and half sausage ….all this when i got out of work from the refinerys around 6 so after alll said and done i didn’t get to sit down and eat an ‘INCORRECTLY’ made for the SECOND time pizza until like 730…so after all thay being said i will no longer use little ceasars i stopped goi g to their location in Ayers cause they kept messing up my orders EVERY damn time so i tried this one and wouldn’t you know long and behold they managed to mess up my order plus they weren’t that busy the justify it

Stopped in at 7pm for a “Hot and Ready” since there was no line, it’s raining, and I have my 4 month old daughter with me that I don’t want to get off the vehicle. I was told it would take 5 to 10 minutes for anything to be made, so I place my order. Alexis F told me to drive around and park in the front and my order would be right out.
After waiting about 10 minutes my 4 months starts fussing, so with the vehicle and headlights still on, I get out of the driver’s seat and go to the driver’s side backseat to tend to my baby. A few minutes later I see Alexis come out the front entrance with two boxes, she seems confused then walks back in. She never approaches the driver’s side of the vehicle, so I think nothing of this. Time and various vehicles have come and gone and I’m thinking I’m being patient with the process. Finally, now 30 minutes later, my baby is beyond frustrated, and so am I.
I get us out of the vehicle and into the rain to walk in and check on my order. Alexis sees me walks to the holding oven grabs my boxes and hands them to me, no explanation as to why it’s taken so long. Obviously, I’m heated so I ask, “What took my pizza 30 minutes?” Her response was jaw dropping. She said she didn’t see anyone in the truck so she didn’t take it out.
My mind is blown, this woman saw a vehicle left on with no passenger, in front of her store for 30 minutes and never thought to further investigate the situation.

2 tie this week we have had horrible service Monday 8/7/23 order 2 hot and ready and a order of heart attack crazy bread guy came back saying no crazy bread it would be 20 minutes pizza dough was not ready had a horrible crust pizza was cold it was about 2 p m paid 14 97 ….. took a chance today 8/11/23 went through drive thru the sales person ask what can get for you I started my order and she said I can’t hear you so again I repeat my order and she says I’ll take care of you at the window ….I get to window and she say what did you order and again I repeat my order she yells at me I can’t hear you so I speak louder and she says we don’t have thin and crispy and stated it will be 20 minutes so I said I’ll wait then she say again repeat your order 2 hot and ready pepperoni 1 thin and crispy since I have to wait I’d like it without sauce and heart attack order of crazy bread rudest person ever I did state sorry your busy its not my fault she said it’s not my fault either so I said can you stop with the bad attitude and she yelled my total so I waited 25 minutes and the pizzas was burned and crazy bread was burned too …guess I’ll be taking my business eles where …I get it customer service is a job if your not fit for it find something that would make you happy I have 20 plus years working in customer service.

They updated the hotn ready pizza from $6.83 to $7.35 I’ve seen them improve since on service my last review so I’m satisfied only 2 things I just suggest working on the structure and faster service

employees have no hospitality at all, everyone looks miserable, don’t know how to cook pizza nor crazy bread. both burnt , asked for another crazy bread still got the same burnt batch, i just wanted my moneys worth, wasn’t worth it obviously! would you buy this? i think not!

I will never come back to this location. I went through the drive thru and ordered 1 emb pizza 2 crazy breads and 1 sauce. They told me total was 11 something. Cashier comes back and I see only 1 bread so we ask did you get 2? The cashier lies and says yes. We pay and she hands us 1 emb pizza 1 crazy bread and 2 ranch. I asked what about the other bread. She then says I only have 1 and I only charged you for 1..I paid with a 20 but she only handed me a 5.. I thought it was universally understood when you go to Little Caesars and order crazy bread and they ask if you want sauce they mean the marinara sauce. Not 2 ranch. What they did was rung up the pizza and the bread then on a separate ticket 2 ranch. Which is why I thought that a 5 back from 20 when I was told my order was 11 something was ridiculous. To recap. She lied, messed up the order and charged me for something I didn’t ask for. This was 9:40pm. 1exm pizza, 2 crazy bread and 1 sauce for 11 something does not equal 1 pizza 1 crazy bread and 2 ranch for about 14.. Never coming back .. Cashier was skinny girl with glasses
